A Fighting Chance
As I stood here in astonishment thinking, my boyfriend the guy I love almost hurt somebody one of my friends. For him to get arrested, it must've been a good reason I don't know what of us will become of this I don't know how were gonna get back on our feet. First in my head I'm thinking how is Ms.Weber going to deal with this or will she remember this day as the day she stopped trusting her son. I was going to remember and I was going to deal with it for a while I don't know why or where or what happened but I knew it was going to be very weird having Jacob hug me and kiss me when I know he hurt and my friend hurt the two most important people in my life.
I couldn't take it I just ran out of the station or the precinct and I ran home until I ran into my bedroom and I slid down my door with my face Tucked between my knees........
"Lauren is that you?" Kristen asked
"Yeah it's me, don't come upstairs." I whimpered
Kristen came upstairs anyway. She opened my door and sat next to me. I extended my arms to the side for a hug. Then I started to cry louder the whole house could here.
"Gosh what happened to you?" She asked
"Jonathan got arrested he got into a fight with Jacob." I cried
"Wait hold on, your Jacob, your ex-boyfriend Jacob?" Kristen asked
"Yes my Jacob but I don't even know what happened the cop at the precinct wouldn't tell me."
"Well let's not stress, let's just lie down in bed and eat popcorn while watching a bunch of Jennifer Aniston movies." Kristen proclaimed
"Yes, anything to get my mind off of Jonathan, the cops, and Jacob." I hollered
"Ok I'm going to get into my pjs then go I'll go downstairs to make the popcorn. You get the DVD container and get in your pjs." Kristen told me
"Oh ok, I'll scavenge threw the DVD case, wait! Before you go downstairs bring up some sweet things too." I proclaimed
"Ok be back in a sec." She said
