An agile being throws herself through the dense forest of Elrios quicker than a bolt of lightning. She runs across the branches of tall and beautiful trees, yet the girl has no time to be captivated by their majesty. For the girl is in a chase, however, she is the predator. A boy, whom had stolen powerful gems from the village that she resided in, is her prey.
'No I can't let him get away! Those gems are too powerful to be in his hands.' The girl thought. She then pushed herself to break-neck speeds to catch her foe, but he eluded her still. After deciding against using her arrows, the girl started picking up stones along her path. 'I guess I'll just have to trip him up.' She thought darkly. With a mischievous smirk on her face, she hurled two of the stones at him and missed. Completely baffled, she realized she had to aim for his feet. Although they seemed to be a blur, she was confident that she wouldn't miss her mark. Her breathing slowed and her her eyes were sharply focused on her target. 'Alright, I can do this. Just need complete focus. 1. 2. 3!' The girl clenched the stone tightly in her fist, drew her arm back, and threw the mid-sized stone with all her might. Luckily, the stone hit the target. And the unsuspecting boy cried out as he went tumbling down the path, hitting all sorts of things along the way. As the boy slowed and came to a stop, she saw that all sorts of bruises had appeared on his skin. Clearly he hit his head quite a bit because he was knocked out cold. The girl suddenly felt slight remorse for causing all of his injuries, but then again he is to blame for his own actions. All he had to was stop running, geez. Well, now she has obtained an appropriate suspect to interrogate. Maybe he holds more information about her country's adversaries and their plans.
After a while of pondering about the unforetold, she began her long walk back to her village, with an unconscious hostage over her shoulder.
