When life seems out of proportion
And feelings are set in motion
In Him alone is comfort found
As time awaits to turn around
What started small was tried to ignore
Slowly deep within the heart it tore
Anger, hatred, resentment was stored
Until the heart could contain no more
Emotions then start to erupt
Evading the thoughts, if flares up
Self control lost along the way
Withholds nothing in words to say
But through the darkness there is a hope
Prudent wisdom that's needed to cope,
Saving grace that only love can give
Are given to those who are in need
So don't lose hope and never give up
Until the heartaches come to a stop
A man awaits for you in the end
Jesus, your Savior, your God, and friend.
