December 26
(9:00 p.m)
"So we have made up our mind?" I asked William.
Sean sits in my lap nodding off to sleep, he shouldn't be up this late, but this is important. He can sleep tonight on the way to wherever William has decided.
"Yes, you have called the company?" William asked.
"Yes, now did you purchase the tickets under my name?" I asked looking at William in pure anxiety.
"I did," William said grabbing hold of my ankle in a more comforting way. "We need to leave at 11, do you think anyone will notice that you both have left?"
"They will in a few days, we have the car packed so we can leave at any time." I reminded.
I listened carefully to Sean's breathing, noting how relaxed he is. Poor kid is going to not remember anything of the clan in a few years. Maybe there are clans in London we can meet? Probably, but it isn't one of those things I want. I want to be alone, away from a clan.
"Good, let's head out at 10 so we can get to the airport early." William muttered in a low tone.
When we get to London will stay in some hotel until we can find living space. The Royal Ballet Company has given me a spot as soloist. I am very thankful, but also very shocked that they gave me a high position just going into the company. At least with my age though, I will be able to get to the position of principal by age 25.
I suppose that is good.
(10:40 p.m)
While getting into the car, I had to make sure everyone was quiet. Sean is sound asleep, anyone can tell that by the way he is slumped over in his car seat. I can't help but smile from the passenger seat at him.
William cranked up the car as quickly as possible to get the Hell out of here before someone realizes who we are and where we are going. The sercuity cameras have been turned off by me. I made sure they were on, but they were looking into the house, instead of outside.
William drove off as fast as possible without alerting everyone. As soon as we got off the property, I felt somewhat safe and free.
I sighed in relief.
"Freedom from them at last," I murmured.
"Did you bring your gun?" William asked.
"Yes," I answered. "Considering we are going to an airport, I don't think it is wise to bring it with us."
"Don't you have some spy gadget that can conceal a gun?"
I started laughing. "No, and I am not a spy!"
"Well, don't you have anything to conceal it?"
"I do, but I don't like the thought of Sean near a gun." I replied.
"Where are you going to put it?" William asked as he sped up.
"I'd put the gun in Sean's car seat, they don't run children's items through the scanners unless the parents have a history of drug abuse." I smirked. "Have you ever done drugs William?"
"No," William said in a sarcastic tone. "So we can hide the gun in there?"
"I'd rather not, for one thing, I want to get out of this country and for another, I have other weapons." I muttered.
"Why are we moving?" Sean murmured.
"We are moving to England Sean." I explained. "Do you remember?"
