Chapter 9

ROSS' POV

After Riker handed me the hose I ran after Ash. Once I finally got to her, I turned on the hose again and made sure she got completely soaked. Aren't I cruel?

ASHLEY'S POV

After Ross completely soaked me I asked him, "Oh I bet you want a hug don't you?" Then he dropped his hose and started backing away from me. "Oh no you don't!" he yelled back at me.

"Oh come on can't I hug my favorite person in the whole world?!?!?" OMG did I just say that? I saw him look at me for a second and then started walking towards me.

Then he walked up to me and I was about to hug him but then he kissed me instead. After a few seconds we pulled apart and then he said, "Oh sorry about that. Its just that I couldn't stand another minute without kissing you cause ur so pretty."

We both started blushing and turned away. Then he grabbed my hand and pulled me back into the house and then straight into his room. I began to feel anxious about what was about to happen when he closed his door.

"So Ash," he started. Yay! He called me Ash! I love that better than Ashley so much more. "I was wondering if ...ummm..." Then I said, "Yeah Ross?" What was he going to ask?

ROSS' POV

After she said what she did, I knew she liked me too. I really wanted to ask her to be my girlfriend but now I just have to say it. "I-I-I was wondering if you would like to pick out a movie for my family and yours to watch together." Dang it I chickened out. I will just have to ask her tomorrow. Then she replied, "Oh um sure." She seemed sad, oh great.

I grabbed her hand and pulled her into the living room to pick out a movie. She pointed to Toy Story 3 and Up. Then she said, "These two are my favorites and I can't decide." "Ok then, well we can ask everyone else which one they would rather see." She nodded her head then we went outside to get everyone into the living room to pick a movie.

Then when everyone was inside and dryed off, everyone began to sit down. Emily, Riker, and Rydel were sitting on the shorter couch and Ratliff, Rocky, Chase, and Ryland were sitting on the longer couch and Ash and I were standing up for now. "Ok we have decided to let you guys choose between 2 movies," I started, "The choices are Toy Story 3 and Up. Right hand up for Up and Left hand up for Toy Story 3."

NOBODY'S POV

Emily- Up

Ryland- Up

ASHLEY'S POV

"Well, I guess we are watching Up," I told them. Then I noticed there was only one chair left and Ross was about to sit in it. When he sat down he saw the look on my face and said, "Hey Ash, you can sit on my lap if you want." I smiled grateful that I didn't have to be the only one on the floor. I jumped onto his lap while Riker pressed play as we started watching the movie. I could feel Chase and Emily both looking at me but I didn't want to look at them because then I would blush.
