I am a vegetarian. I've never ate meat. Yeah, yeah, I know, meat is amazing! I would appreciate it if people stopped telling me to eat meat, or taunting me with the ideal to eat meat. The biggest reason for this is just because I'm tired of hearing it.
"You sure you don't want some chicken nuggets"
"I'm sure."
It's highly annoying, especially since I am the only vegetarian in my family. It's not a diet, I just don't like eating dead animals. I love animals too much to know that they die because I want to eat them. That's gross to me.
Also people act so surprised when I say I am a vegetarian. There is 375 million people in the world that are vegetarian out of the 7.125 billion in the world, but really?
I've also had a girl tell me that I'm not a vegetarian, I'm a vegan. I'm pretty sure she confused vegetarian and vegan because she also said I couldn't be a vegetarian if I ate cheese. That is incorrect, vegans are the ones who eat no animal byproducts. The only reason I brought that up is because she was very stubborn that she was right, and I was wrong.
Who knows? Maybe I am a vegan, and have just been labeling myself as something else?
Also I'm a Oreo vegetarian. I'd rather eat an Oreo that a waterstick, or an vegetable. Due to that fact, I've been told "You aren't a real vegetarian, you don't eat vegetables." Or "That's not healthy."
1st. I am a real vegetarian, thank you again for trying to make me doubt that I am a vegetarian.2nd. I am perfectly healthy. Thanks for the concern.
Thanks for reading, and have a great life!
