This whole chapter is going to be in Jacob's P. O. V.

I have some... News. Whether it's good or bad you choose.

Jacob P. O. V.

Red.

Anger.

Boiling anger.

"You lying slut," I yelled my wolf taking control as my eyes turned black, "Marissa would never lie to me!"

'Would she?'

'No.'

'We only, just met.'

'No,' my wolf howled at me.

I can't be sure. I don't know her.

But I do.

Not enough.

Maybe, just maybe.

No.

"You are banned from my land, forever. Now leave my sight. Twenty minutes to be gone, or I kill you. Painfully," my wolf growled putting his Alpha-mode in full blast.

She, Ginger, the ginger-headed slut, whimpered and scurried off.

Marissa.

It's time.

Shit!

I'm gonna be late, and get my ass whooped.

'Actually not a bad idea,' my wolf thought, giving me control back.

I have to agree...

15 minutes later...

"Marissa, are you ready to leave," I asked knocking on her door.

As if she knew I was already there she came flying out of the door and engulfed me in a hug.

Instantly my arms flew around her slender waist and I tucked my head into the nape of her neck, inhaling her magnificent scent.

Even in her baggy clothing she looked absolutely ravishing.

Marissa hopped out of my arms and gave me a huge grin.

"Absolutely," she said happily.

Its good to see her this way. Happy.

Things have been rough lately.

"Great," I said smiling back.

For a moment she looked as if she were distracted by something, but quickly masked herself.

"Will everyone be there," she asked.

"Yes."

"Everyone. Even the Omegas?"

"Well of course not. The Omegas are useless to the pack and are only for service purposes," I stated matter-of-factly.

"O-Oh, I understand," she said giving me a sad smile.

Marissa looked down and away from my eyes.

"What's wrong," I asked.

"Nothing," Marissa said, her gaze averted.

"Bullshit," I growled my wolf pissed.

Marissa flinched and ran for the stairs.

No no no. Not today.

As Marissa approached the steps, she stopped causing me to fall dead on my face in an attempt to spare her.

Marissa didn't seem to care.

Thanks.

I got to my feet and she hadn't moved an inch.

She seemed to be in a trance as my eyes left her in search of the distraction.

My Beta.

I growled as I launched my wolf towards his steady frame.

She's mine.

Pinning him to the ground I went for the kill.

Snarling I snapped my teeth at him, but before I could clamp down, Marissa screamed and kicked my muzzle.

What the hell?!

I jumped off of the soon-to-be dead man and stared at her questioningly.

"Brother! Jacob, he's my brother," she screamed.

Oh, okay. Well damn. Wait... How?!

I shifted back once I had gotten upstairs and pulled some clothes on.

When I came back I grimaced at the sight before me.

Marissa was sobbing in the arms of another man.

I held back a growl. Brother.

"Well, Marissa, lets go," I said removing her from his side.

She snarled at me baring her teeth, as her canines extended.

I smirked. She's adorable.

"Marissa, you can't. Remember," Daniel whispered to my mate.

She buried her face in the nape of his neck and began sobbing again.

"The pack," I said but Marissa cut me off before I could continue.

"Tomorrow," was all she said.

All righty guys, here's the news. I may have some new books on the way. But, I may stop writing because I am getting absolutely no feedback. And well I need it.
