Like any other cliche romance novel, both characters fall for one another and it's happily ever after.
But this is a different type of story.
Yes, it's romance, but what happens when the love is one-sided? Knowing the person you desire uses you like a toy, and once he's tired of you, he throws you away as if you're broken.
I guess the correct term is, a hit and run?
Either way, I, Clementine Johnson, experienced this first hand. And I know what you're thinking, "Oh, there's always a happy ending, because he'll fall for her. Ending his fuck-boyish ways."
Maybe, but not stories have happy endings.
Some contain death, heartbreak, suicide, rape, and much more. Because that's just the reality of this world.
And love isn't an easy emotion to contain or get rid of. We're born with the feeling of love, for our parents, siblings, friends, and other family.
As we get older, our emotions stir, leaving us confused and hormonal.
Although our parents or older friends or family tell us that we should enjoy our youth, and our "young love". They don't understand this generation.
We all become objects, being used than throw away. No matter the perspective.
The world is being ruled over by people who's egos are higher than Mount Everest. While teenagers are turning into these..these players, and so called "hoes".
An example of a player, also known as a fuck-boy. Is Levi, Levi Taylor.
I could go on and on about negative, when it comes to this certain boy. But the truth is, I fell for this douche bag.
All I was to him was a piece of meat, nothing more.
I was vulnerable, desperate for attention from the opposite sex, and he was closest thing I could get.
Call me an attention whore, but it's the truth.
Now you know how I feel, the past had it's regrets, and it's rewards. There were so much I wish I could've done differently.
Like the saying, "Think before you act.", wasn't something I thought about obviously. But, I wouldn't in the state I am now, if I changed my past.
And this is my story,
I Fell, And He Played.
♡♡♡
It was a normal day, a normal Wednesday. Like every weekday, I walk to school, and then walk back home, sometimes with my best friend Amber.
She was a tall, had somewhat of a square figure, with bright red hair, and forest green eyes.
I've known her since birth pretty much, and ever since then, we've been close as twin sisters. Amber has seen my bad and good days, and though we fight most of the time, I love her more than myself.
Other than being my best friend, she was my only friend. But, I'm okay with only having her in my life, she's all I need at this very moment.
"Speak of the devil.." Amber grunted, staring in the direction of the one and only. Levi Taylor.
His black layered hair, flowed against the slight breeze. While his pale skin stood out like a yellow flower amongst blue ones.
As he smiled flirtatiously at the group of freshman girls, I noticed a couple were in my classes.
If I were to be truly honest, Levi was an attractive guy, and he knew it too. He was the first boy I noticed since I graduated to high-school.
But, rumors spread, and once it was my turn to hear, my entire perspective of him was flipped.
He was a player, using women like meat, only taking what he wanted from them, then leaving causing them rot.
As I analyzed his outfit, he stared back, with those dark brown eyes, they almost seemed black, such a thought made me shiver.
In shock, I looked away, jerking my head in another direction.
H-he..looked at me?!
...
Giggles and quiet playful screams surrounded my ears, it was equivalent to hearing a dying cat in my perspective.
I rolled my eyes in annoyance, standing up from my twin size bed. As I opened my door, the noises got louder. So, I figured they were close by. Walking around the house, I found my older brother Brandon, and his girlfriend Lucy sitting along the side of the couch. Sitting quite close together.
They were both flushed with pink among their cheeks, scooting away from one another slightly.
"Oh h-hey, Clem..Didn't know you were home." Brandon spoke up, with a small crack in his voice.
I crossed my arms, huffing quietly. "I texted you an hour ago that I was home." I responded.
He rubbed the back of his neck, staring back at me and Lucy.
I shrugged, leaving the room. As I exited, I could giggles and whispering once again. I sighed in response. Walking back to my room, I fell onto my bed closing my eyes, curling into a small ball.
After a couple of hours of laying in my bed, contemplating situations in my head as usual. A small rock flew above my window, hitting it softly. Startled, I rose from my bed, walking over to my yellow curtains, sliding them aside.
Impatiently, I glanced through my window, expecting something to happen again. And once again, a small rock glided against the glass.
Bewildered, I opened my window, peeking my head outside.
"Yo, who's ever doing that needs to chill. It's annoying to some people." I yelled, redirecting my sight downwards.
Either I had breathing issues or I was literally choking. Because the one and only, Levi Taylor was laying against my backyard's fence, smirking.
Quickly, I closed my window, as I hyperventilated.
Shit shit shit shit, what is he doing here? Did he mistake my house for someone else?
Pushing my thoughts aside, I ran through my house exiting out the backyard sliding door. I probably looked like a raccoon, as a searched for any sign of him. But sadly, he was no where to be found.
Am I imagining things? Maybe he ran..?
I sighed in relief and disappointment, combing my short hair with my slender fingers.
"Why the long face, sweet cheeks?" A familiar voice spoke about, as if they were behind me.
I shivered at their voice, it was deep and dark. Almost full of lust and secrets, but it was hot, sexy to be frank.
Inhaling sharply, I turned myself around, staring at the male stranger.
"Levi Taylor.."

Hey guys!
First of all, yes I'm very very very very very very late on an update on both of my books. But, I haven't really had the motivation to write nor the inspiration. Also, the school year is almost over, meaning more and more homework.
Second, I will TRY and I mean TRY to keep a schedule when it comes to my writing. But, I'm not making any promises.
Anyways, hopefully this wasn't a super shitty pilot.
