Marshall P.O.V

" Are you fuckin Serious? Right when the recovery tour is about to start, she decides to leave" I screamed in the phone while sitting in my office at the studio. After 10 years of working for me my main music agent Karen has decided to leave so she can move overseas with her husband, leaving me agentless and more stress than ever and this was just the beginning of 2010.

" Sorry man, Jimmy said the label will deal with your bookings until they can find someone else. " Paul said before leaving the room, knowing it isn't a good idea to be around me when I am angry and pissed off. I know there is really no reason to be angry but, Karen has managed my schedules and concert ever since I first got famous, she knows what I like and how I want certain things done differently but most importantly I trust her, knowing she understands that ever since I decided to come back into the business I wasn't going to tour a lot, so she always kept that in mind when booking certain dates. I can just tell now how this is going to plan out, they are going to find someone that doesn't give a shit about what I want, and will just be doing this job for the benefits they think they will get.

Andrea P.O.V

" Hey, I have an appointment with Paul at 10am, um Andrea Turnball " I said smiling while waiting for the security guard that is sitting in this office just outside these massive gates that guarded the warehouse where I am meant to meet my new boss. Today is my first day at Shady Records, and lets just say that feeling nervous was an understatement.

" Just drive through and he will meet you in there" the guard replied, before opening the gates and letting me drive through. Outside it just looks like a warehouse, but if all this security was needed the inside must be something special or maybe it was the fact that the Biggest Rapper works behind those close doors.

" You must be Andrea , I'm Paul. I have heard a lot about you" a bigger dude said, placing his hand out to shake me. I have to admit it is a bit nerve racking meeting the guy that is so well known for discovering Eminem. I might look young but I am actually in my thirties and have two teenage boys that are obsessed with Eminem, and since I have been in this industry nearly my whole life I know what to expect.

" All good I hope" I replied, following Paul into the studio. You see I just moved here from Australia after spending most of my life being one of the main music agents for a promoting company called Danity, where I looked after a lot of artist including Delta Goodrem, and Kylie Minogue. After looking after a lot of international musicians when they did concerts in Australia, my name eventually got round which led me to getting this job at Shady Records.

" you wouldn't be here, if it wasn't" he joked, leading me through the hallways where photos hung of Eminem throughout his career. I know a lot of people probably give me one look and think I don't belong in this business, or wont be able to handle the pressures that come with it, but what they don't see is the strength that hides behind this smile.

Walking into the big open Warehouse was different than I expected. There were a few guys wearing baggy clothes standing round and talking quietly just outside a door that obliviously was the studio where Eminem recorded his famous songs.

" Marshall" Paul yelled across the studio to where a guy wearing a black shirt and cargo pants stood with another woman. Looking over at once before making their way over to us, I have to admit the nerves and butterflies were defiantly kicking in now.

" Guys this is Andrea the new music Agent, Andrea this is Marshall and Tracey " Paul introduced us, as I placed my hand out for them to shake. Seeing the warmth in Tracey's eyes made me feel a little bit calmer, but as I looked into Marshall's eyes all I can see it coldness, even the touch of him while shaking his hand defiantly wasn't what I expected.
