Chapter 3
It was Friday evening I finish one of my lecture and decide to show my so called friend around Kingston, I mean down town Kingston to do some shopping.
We walked to the near by bus stop and waited on a bus until it came, we take it and it let us off in downtown, where we walked from store to store and we bought some of the clothes from the sellers on the road side.
After that she wanted to go to Half Way tree and we did.
"Kerri Ann can we go in that mall please? " she asked desperately.
" OK...., OK, lets go" I said.
We walked in the mall where I came a cross Alex my kind gentle, which I am slowly falling for, as I was about to walked over to him, I saw a slender, brown lady walked from the back and held his hands and said.
"Baby are you ready yet, come on I don't see anything I like in here"
"OK hon, let go, "he said as both off them walked out of the store together, he not even see me, he was too occupied with this woman, who looks like his wife.
I was so angry, hurt, I feel like my heart tearing out, I wanted to break down in tears, but I had to be strong, after all my wealthy friend Latoya is here with me and I can't take the gossips at Dorm, if they find out I am in love with a married man , or his lust.
I was there zoom out, while Latoya tried to get my attention, my opinion on a dress to buy.She walked over and slap me on the hands and I came back to reality and apology to her and we continue on our shopping, until it was night we went back on campus where we chat, but deep down I was cut up about the idea of this man not telling me about not having a wife, how could he be all nice and played me.
I hope he better not call me again or meet up with me anywhere or else, I will show him my other side.
I left Latoya hours later where I went to the bath room and cried, while bathing after that I got dress and did some homework and went to sleep
