Knotts Berry Farm pt. 1

It didnt take to long to get there. Not that i minded matthew. He is actually really cool we got to know each other on the way and even rocked out to some music. When we go there he paid for me even though i insuted i could pay for myself. To which his response was one of two things one that he wasnt raised to let a lady pay for herself and two jack and madi would appreciate him doing that. We walk in and i start jumping around due to my excitment. "Where to first?!" I shout to matt. "Ghostrider duh, isnt it obvi?!" He answers. We both laugh and we head off to ghostrider.
(Time skip to Lunch)
"I can't believe we rode every rollercoaster before lunch!1!1!" I exclaim. "Anything is possible with me." Matt says "so where do you want to eat i am starving." I say. "Of course you are" matt jokes. "How about panda express" he suggest. "Yeah im down with that" i reply. Ring ring. Ring ring. Madi is calling me, i pick up and answer. Conversation:
Madi-hey im calling to check up on you, are you good?
Me- yeah im fine. Ill be home around later tonight maybe we can all have dinner together?
Madi- yeah i would like that. Just me and you or all the guys?
Me- it doesn't matter its up to you
Madi- yeah ill invite them. Us girls will pull an epic prank on them.
Me- okay sounds good to me ill let matt know
Madi- okay stay safe. Love you.
Me- you know i will you, you and jack stay safe and love you too
(End of the convo)
I hang up and see were already at panda express. "Lets get our grub on" matt says. I laugh and agree with him. Once we order we sit down and get to talking. "So what brought you to california" matt asked me. " i needed a fresh start yoy know and i missed my sister. So i was kinda killing two birds with one stone." I respond. "What about you what brought you here to cali" i ask back " i needed change, and a fresh start you know." He laughed. "So tell me something i don't know about the Rosalie beer." Matthew asked me "im secretly a unicorn....shhh dont tell." I joke. Matthew and i laugh toghether "nah I'm just kidding but id rather not say. Thats what keeps the mystery going." I smirk. "I like mysterys" matthew responds. "Good" i say. We finish up our lunch and start to walk out. That's when i see him. The guy who made my life a living hell. Darren. My ex, my abusive ex. He was with another girl not that i care about that i jist hope she is okay. Matt noticed that i tensed up. "Hey are you okay?" He asked. "Not really that's my ex over there, i dont understand why hes in cali" i respond "did things end badly between you two?" Matt asked "he was kind of abusive ill explain the rest later." I say back " then he better stay the fuck away from you!" Matt said mad. Then Darren seen us. "Shit he saw me and now hes coming." I say scared "dont worry i got this go with the flow." Matt says. "Hey Rosalie" Darren greets. " hey darren" i say back "how have you been?" He asked. Hes really gonna act all inoccent how pathetic. "Im fine what are you doing in cali?" I ask. "Im on a trip with my girl" he responds gesturing to the girl next to him. " whos this" he asked reffering to matthew. "Im matthew her boyfriend" matthew says before i could respond. Darren looks shocked " wow you actually got a new boyfriend im shocked." Darren says. I feel a little hurt he said that. "Im shocked a guy like you has a girl. And who wouldnt want to be with rosie shes gorgeous. Now exuse us we have things to do!" Matthew says grabing my hand and intwined our fingera as we walked away. " thank you matt" i say gratefully. "No problem" he says back. I can see he still looks mad. " hey.." I say stopping us "are you okay?" I ask sincerely "yeah its just....i cant believe he has the nerve to raise his hand at a girl let alone someone like you." He says. I look at him confused "what do you mean someone like me?" I say a little offended. "I mean someome as great and gorgeous as you." He says back "oh" was all i could muter out i found myself blushing. He thinks im gorgeous. I then noticed we were still holding hands. I was about to let go but he stopped me " i like holding your hand you know if you dont mind." He says shyly. Now it was his turn to blush. Oh my gosh matt is blushing over me. Okay rosie stay calm act cool. "Yeah thats fine." I say. "So what do you say we walk around a little play some games and get our picture painted?" He asked. "I would love to." I respond to him. And off we go. Little did i know this day would end as one i would remember forever.
