1. Wattpad Name: (so i can pm you your cover)
2. Genre: (so that i will know what kind of pic to use for the cover)
3. Specific: (instead of genre maybe you know specifically a person/item you want as the cover)
4. Title: (Title of your story so i can put it on your cover)
If all you say is "I want a cover." you probably won't get one because you gave me no info whatsoever so please fill out your request in the format i set for you.
Lastly Do NOT take credit for my covers, it's rude.
Be sure to credit me for the cover it can be in the description, at the beginning of the book, doesn't matter.
I will warn you now that i'm not very active on weekends because i'm always super busy so you can submit a request on a weekend if you want just be aware you probably won't receive it until the weekend has passed.
