Ugh! What is wrong with me?? Why do I act like such a weirdo around her? I just get so nervous, her beauty is over whelming sometimes. I wanna let her know but I just can't. She's the only friend I have I don't wanna blow our relationship with my stupid thoughts of us being together....forever. She would never like someone like me anyway. I mean look at me. I'm ugly.
Night time~
I pick up the phone and text her: Hey
Within seconds she responds: Hey best friend

Her: nothing much just finishing hw, hbu
Me: Thinking bout u-
I quickly erase those words and just typed: Thinking

Her: tell me about it
Me: naw it's nothing really

Me: it's more than a crush, my heart aches for her😩
After I sent that text I knew I had said way too much.
Her: I wish u would tell me who it is I could help u out. U know imma match maker😏
Me: who told you that?
Her: 😑u know I am
Me: that's one of the reasons why I'm not telling u. U would fk it up for me
Her:😦I would not
Me: a girl like her wouldn't want me anyway.
Her: why wouldn't she🤔
Me: if everybody in the school hates me why would she like me?

Me: I've always liked ppl I know wouldn't find me attractive.
Next day/ Tuesday
Aaliyah POV
I walk up on miles from behind and grab his arm and say "So where's this girl at?"
He jumps and says "Ugh why you run up on me like that?" putting his hand over his chest.
"Where is sheeee?"
"Why are you so worried?"
"Is she in this hallway."
He looks at me and says "Yea"
I raise my eyebrows and look around the hallway.
I see Margaret, the chemistry geek, and point at her "Is it her?"
