I hoped that clearified some things that those not always familiar with discord or rp in general. I'm always open to give a few pointers or tips on information regarding rp. :)
Back on track with what the rp is, I've seen many rps where only characters/muses or only creators/muns/munsonas are allowed in the story, so I've decided to do the 'great taboo' of combining both ends of the 4th wall to fight alongside or against each other to survive in an apocalyptic world. If that something of that idea already exists, ehh. If it does, I'm not too familiar with it and there's some... 'Mysterious reasons' as to what the backstory of the world's apocalypse's infections and destruction. ;3
No spoilers to soon for now, but rp is open and ready to see what other enemies can kill or otherwise hinder your efforts of prevalence. >;3
Such efforts of staying alive for however long can be rewarded using survival points on a counter recorded by the mods. The survival points counter goes from the time you start a character into an rp up to the time they die. Its literally points gained by how many days that character survived (which the rp days, time, and world weather will be announced to avoid confusion between time zones). The points can be used for higher chances of stronger enemies as well as better rolled loot from whatever the character may be scavenging for. Such as a following example: Mun Person: *Character is shuffling around the bags of discarded garbage upon the forest's floor in the partially fallen sycamore first anything useful.* Mod: *A strange object, perhaps a knife with a black leather belt attached to it, appears to be in good shape. Almost as if it was just sharpened, waiting for it to be used.* Mun Person: *The character finds it amongst the rubbish, relieved to have found something decent as they continue searching for any other useful supplies.*
Just a heads up of the character info format and it's requirements. Any with a '+' sign in front is an optional/preferred requirement. + __Character's mun tag:__ @ mun's name (Mun name could be a nickname used here on discord or a nickname from one's username on here.) __Character's name:__ (Name of character. Pretty easy, right?) __character's gender:__ (Could be female, male, or really anything in between. 'It' or similar terms would work as well.) __character's species/race:__ (If uncertain or is a mix of several, describe them in character description instead of filling this out if it helps.) __Character's main profession/hobby/title/job:__ (Just a basic idea is needed, ya don't have to list everything in detail if you don't want to.) __Character's age:__ (Could be accurate or a generalized idea so we all know if we're accidentally sending a lil' kid to their doom. ;w; ) __Character's place of origin:__ (could be from a universe, series, game, place, etc.) + __Character's alignment:__ (good, evil, chaotic neutral, etc.) + __Character's stats:__ (not required, but please don't them over the top ridiculous. Could include height, weight, health status, etc or other stats more common to video games.) + __Character's favored weapon(s):__ (Just a basic idea is needed, ya don't have to list everything if you don't want to.) + __Character's abilities/powers/attacks:__ (Might come in handy for those homestucks, d&d-ers, or OCs with powers or abilities to them.) __Character's basic items or equipment:__ (Just a basic idea is needed, ya don't have to list everything in detail if you don't want to.) __Character's description/appearance:__ (If picture, please source. Art thieves are not appreciated.)
Though I'm not sure if I included the idea in the generalized info of the server, people can have as many characters or character sheets submitted as they want as long as they make it clear which character is doing what and where.
