Was this the game Italy was crying about? thought Germany as he sat in the computer chair and proceeded to slide on the headphones. Italy had somehow persuaded Germany to play Slenderman. This is stupid, Germany thought, I could be using this time to complete work. But no, he was sitting at his computer, headphones on, listening to the stupid footsteps of his character. He was walking through a dark forest. His eyes darted from one corner of the screen to the other, until he came across a tree with a note on it.

"Click to collect," he grumbled, then clicked the page on the tree. "Always watches, no eyes." Odd, Germany thought, who's always watching? He continued walking down a dark path, wishing there was a light. He ran his fingers over the keys until the flashlight his character was holding clicked on, illuminating the thick forest ahead of his character. He broke into a run, then ran straight into a car that was turned over and kept walking into the car. Germany growled, and continued walking into the car. "How do you turn?" He asked no one in particular, starting to get angry. He wanted to smash his fists into the keyboard, but instead he hit the pause button and squeezed the bridge of his nose between his thumb and index finger. It calmed the German, somehow. Once he was calmer, Germany resumed the game and jerked the mouse to the side, causing him to run sideways in the game. He rammed right into another overturned truck, this one had a note on it. Germany clicked the note, and his icy blue eyes skimmed the paper. This note said "no no no no no no no no no no no no" in scribbled, messy black ink. The "no's" were in two columns, six in each, and separated by a shitty drawing of a tall man dressed in a tuxedo suit, with tentacles coming out of his arms, and his head was a white circle, no face. Odd. Germany read the screen:

2/8 pages collected.

He continued down the line of overturned cars and trucks, piles of metal shards and pieces of glass everywhere. What a mess. Germany ducked through a passage, and was back in the forest again. He was running, and his character was making panting noises. He slowed to a walk, and approached a building. He decided to risk a walk into the shabby, dirty, falling-apart building. He weaved through the halls, bloodstains on the walls, the creepy song following him everywhere. Something about the game was...unnerving. He nearly walked past another note, but backed up and looked at it. "Don't look-or it takes you" was scribbled on the ripped paper. He clicked the note, and "3/8 pages collected" flashed on the screen. Germany's brow furrowed, and he continued walking through the halls. Suddenly, his screen flashed static, and the music boomed in his ears. He jumped a bit, almost unnoticeable, and continued walking regardless of the slight static. He got to the end of a hall and turned out of the building, and found another note on the side. He read the note and the message was "HELP ME" written in blood. God, this was getting odder and odder. He clicked the note and "4/8 pages collected" flashed on the screen. The static was worse now. The music was loud, and getting on Germany's nerves, so he turned the sound down. The static nearly covered the screen, and no matter how low the sound was, the music was very loud. Germany turned into a tunnel, and a tall man in a suit was waiting at the other end. He was the same man on all the pages Germany'd found earlier. The German assumed this man was the enemy. But there's no weapons to fight him with, Germany thought. I'll just retreat instead. He turned away from the man, then turned back, and the man was gone. Odd, very odd. He turned back, and to his surprise, the man was standing right over him. The music blared louder than ever, and the man's white, faceless head flashed on the screen as the static took over. Germany frowned. Italy was scared of this game?
