High school will forever be a drag. You have your circle of friends. Usually beyond that consists of people you don't like, they don't like you, or neither of you know the other one exists. I mean, if it weren't for your friends help, you feel like you couldn't have survived that. It's amazing how things work out.
At some high schools, you get labled. Nerd, jock, etc. That's my school. Let me tell one thing before we start, cliques and popularity can be so overrated. You probably hear this a lot, but just be yourself. Because you probably rock.
Now to my story. The ups and down of high school. That, literally, was how I started. You'll get what I mean as you read.
My school, Westside High, consisted of the pops (populars), the hunky jocks (mainly football), cheerleaders, science nerds, math nerds, the other kind of nerds (home ec, history, teacher pets, computer, etc.), musical rising bands, actors (drama geeks), loners, emos, and the sluts. Sometimes there are mixes, usually none. The most common combos is pop-cheerleader, pop-slut, and cheerleader-slut. Oh, and emo-loners.
There are those people, then there's my friends. We are the mixed group and one of a kind. I, myself, was part of a clique, the musical band one. We are all in the band. Except one of us, he's our music video maker. But it's like that isn't our main clique. It is mine though. You'll get it once you read. Though, the getting away from your actual friend and joining you clique thing never really affected us, because we've known each other through elementary school.
But that didn't stop me from rising to the near top of the social food chain. Oh, no the top is and always be Naomi Santiago. If you do beat her down, prepare to be killed in your sleep. Isn't it fun here at Westside?
So, let's begin shall we?
