How Many Years In Prison?

May 28, 1997.

It's been nine months since Jason was put in prison, and he as not seen his ex-girlfriend Keisha since their high school break up. They broke up the day before graduation. They broke up because Keisha saw Jason kissing an other girl named Stella, but when she came up to him she said, "Why did you do it?". He said, "Did what?" "Don't act dumb with me Jason I saw you kissing her." She said in a mad little voice. While Mr. Miller was in the office watching what was going on between Jason and Keisha in the hallway from the left side of the lockers to the right side of the office. Jason said, "Ok, so if you did see me kissing Stella; that was a way for me, to tell you that we are done for good!". "Fine be Stella's new boyfriend, because I don't care..." Keisha stopped so that she could find the words to say.

As for Mr. Miller, he stepped out of the office so that he could hear what Keisha and Jason were going to say to each other, and to make sure that Keisha did not smack Jason on the face because she was told so many times not to do that when her boyfriend's broke up with her for some reason. Then as Jason turned around to take Stella the new girlfriend to her next class Keisha finally found the words she wanted to say back to him. She said, "....Actually, Jason you know what I still have feelings for you, ever since we started going out. I always had feelings for you, I'm still in love with you, and I know you may not have feelings for me. Probably not in love with me anymore and that I have been told so many times not to...." She does not get to finish what she was saying because Jason interrupted her. "Smack your boyfriend's face for when they break up with you for some kind of reason. Also just to let you know I don't want to see you any where near me or at my house at all!" He said in a very mad voice to Keisha.

Then when he was done saying what he needed to say he turned back around and just took Stella to her next class, and then he went to his next class. Then Mr. Miller said, "Jason Piko can you please come here, so I can talk to you out in the hallway please?" Jason said, "Sir yes sir, Mr. Miller." While the class was getting their homework out; Mr. Miller and Jason are out in the hallway talking about what happened earlier with your girlfriend Keisha, ex-girlfriend I should have said but that's not my point. My point is that it is a good thing that you broke up with her. Jason I am right thou...right?". "Your right Mr. Miller." Jason said to Mr. Miller. "Ok. Now tell me who's your new girlfriend now?" Mr. Miller said to Jason in a worried and clear tone of voice. Jason said, "Her name is Stella Maxine Parent, why?". Mr. Miller said to him, "Oh, no reason Jason I just wanted to know what her name was that's all.". "Oh, ok Mr. Miller, are you sure that's all you wanted to know?" he said to Mr. Miller, in a clear tone of voice. "Ok, let's get back in the classroom alright." Jason's teacher said to him in a happy tone voice.

And the same thing happened with his ex-girlfriend and his new girlfriend, with their teacher as well, but Keisha was so mad that she did not want to say anything to her teacher Mrs. Miller, and for Keisha's teacher Mrs. Miller she wanted to know why Keisha was so mad that she did not want to talk about it. And for Stella she was so happy that she did not mind talking about it, 'cause all she could do was smile while telling what had happened with her and Jason an along with his ex-girlfriend Keisha Rose Gomez. "Well how do you know her name, in the first place?" Stella's teacher Mrs. Miller said in a shocked tone voice. Stella says, "Well it is because Keisha and me are friends, well we use to be friends but now she is probably mad at me and Jason who is my boyfriend now, but is now her ex-boyfriend.". "Oh, ok. Let's get back into the class room alright." Mrs. Miller said to Stella in a worried tone of voice.

One Year Later

September 28, 1998.
    After a year since the break up with his ex-girlfriend, Jason started to think about her less and less often. Sometimes he forgets his ex-girlfriend's name, because he is always with Stella like he's always calling, texting, or messengering her at either morning, day, or at night. Also taking her out to eat at a restaurant and always going over to her house. For their one year anniversary he bought her a pair of earrings and a necklace that has the first letter of her name. Also on that same day he took a lot of pictures of the both of them.

One Year Later

March 25, 1999.
Tonight, he had to hang out with his dudes or else he would be kicked out of the gang. Around 7:35pm he asked Stella, "Can I hang out with my dudes tonight?" "Yeah, sure I don't mind if you hang out with your dudes tonight." She said in a fine, tone of voice. "Thanks, babe." He said to her in a happy tone. She said, "Your welcome hun.". After their little chat he gave her a kiss on the check an he headed down stairs to change into his baggy pants, a XXL shirt, Vans High Tops black shoes, his watch on his left hand wrist, and his ID tag necklace with a Psalm on it. When he got done changing he went up stairs to grab his black and white Yankees baseball cap, and he put it on sideways. Then he headed towards the front door of their house right as he grabs the door handle Stella asked him, "What time will you be back tonight?" He said, "Probably around twelve something, why?" "Oh, no reason I just wanted to know when you where coming back home that's all." She says to him a worried voice tone. "Oh. Stella hey look, look at me please? Hey, whatever happens to me tonight you'll always be in my heart, and I'll always be in your heart." He said to her in a soft and clear voice. As she gave him a smile knowing that everything will be fine here at the house, but still worried for him. If he does something dumb and gets caught by the police he will go to prison, for who knows how many years?

So he's walking down the sidewalk downtown of Ontario, Oregon minding his own business, then he turns his head and sees this police car driving up the road. He turns his head back toward the front and keeps on walking. Then he hears the police car pull up beside him, and he stops and looks to his right. He takes two steps a little bit closer to see what they wanted to ask him.
Jason: "Good evening Officers, can I help you with some thing tonight?"
Officer Medford: "Yeah, yes Jason you can help us with some thing tonight. We are looking for Americas Most Wanted man. Do you know this man named Tony Zak Jason Miller?"
Officer Rodriguez hands a paper to Officer Medford whom hands the paper to Jason (Piko).
Officer Rodriguez: "Tony Miller is described as having short black hair Mohawk, a long white T-Shirt, black shorts, short white shocks, black shoes, standing around 5'0", weighing about 145 bls. He has four tattoo's; a cross on the right upper arm, a snake inside the right wrist, a dark mark inside of the left arm, and a bulldog on his back. He also has blue eyes with fair skin in his early 20's."
Jason (Piko): "Thank you, Officer Rodriguez. I do not know him, Officer Medford. I'm telling you the truth. I'm not lying, just telling the truth that's all."
Officer Rodriguez: "All right Jason, have a good evening."
Jason (Piko): "All right Officer Rodriguez and Officer Medford you too. Goodnight, Officers."
  Officer Medford drives off as if nothing happened. An Piko continues on with his walking down the sidewalk while folding the paper that the Officers gave to him.
