i've been working on this fanfic behind the scenes for around the past year or so, on a long word document on my laptop. and now that i've finally wrapped up with that document i thought 'hey, why not debut it to the general audience, or at least the one on wattpad that is?', so here it is. but before you guys scroll down or swipe away here's a few things i'm gonna have to make clear:
1. any resemblance to people in real life are purely coincidental
except adam lambert and martin garrix and everyone in adam's band and everyone involved with them, because they are starring as fictitious personas of themselves, but by any chance any of the other characters remind you of someone you've met in real life due to their name, appearance, fashion sense, whatever, it's coincidental. i wouldn't know who they are anyways haha.
2. personalities of celebrities mentioned are not reflective of who they are
well, it's pretty straightforward. adam's not a teacher, martin wasn't an exchange student, all of adam's band never performed at the bootsy bellows. and i shouldn't spoil the story even further so let's all just take the celebs mentioned to be merely actors and everything would be just fine. also the year doesn't coincide with marty's age but hey, fiction right? :-)
3. disclaimer: course language, trigger warning
okay, if any of you are really really uncomfortable with vulgarity and a certain sensitive issue involving death that you hold dearly to your heart and soul, i suggest you think twice before you move on. which is ironic since i'm supposed to be promoting my book but really, for your own good, this book is pg rated.
4. by any chance this violates someone else's copyright claims, i am so sorry
gotta be honest, i've cut down on reading fics here by a lot because of school. really, a lot, so it's pretty unlikely that i've ever stumbled upon a story with the exact same storyline as this one. also because they're just so many of them. if i ever did and this book flops, i apologise. nothing was intentional.
5. this is my public fanfic debut
so if it turns out rusty, please bear with me. i tried. :'-)
okay, since the disclaimers are all rolled out, i'll try to copy and paste each long ass chapter in the following parts. which might take a pretty long time so please don't roast me if i don't get back on time. i love you guys.
