Chapter 1 - A Ride to Atasia

The train kept chugging along the railway. It was heading to the north, as if it was going to Atasia, a state in Northway. Jenna was riding on the train, leaning on her seat, knowing that she is reaching.

There is a town in Atasia called Ember Town that is far away from Jenna's home. Her parents sent her to live with her aunt who lives there. Her parents sent her for her studies there as Jenna is now older and has to be more independent.

Jenna looked out of the window beside her seat. There, she saw an endless blue , clear sea that caught her attention. "It's so beautiful," she thought .

Since she was still young, she was stuck in the city that she never get to reach out the sea, except in the movies. She likes detective stories and had a hope that she wants to be more hardworking and soon be a private detective.

The scene made Jenna felt sleepy as she closed her eyes and fell asleep.

" Chuhh..." the train stopped. Some passengers were leaving the train but she was still closing her eyes, thinking that it was a dream. She felt like someone was shaking her shoulder. She opened her eyes and saw someone just right in front of her. "Ahh!!!" she shouted, with a face of fear and dread.

After she had calmed down , she realized that it was a man that she recognized. Jenna didn't know that he would come.

"Harris, what're you doing here? " Jenna asked with full of question marks.

Harris touched his dark brown hair, and answered " Umm.. I'm here...because your parents asked me to."

"What do you mean by that?"

"Oh, because your parents didn't feel relieved to let you travel so far. Although she said you need to be independent, but she still have not relieved."

Jenna looked at his sparkly green eyes, and his height which is around 7'0. He was a friend of hers since childhood. He lived the next door to her house and they played together everyday in the evenings. She wanted to thank him but something stuck in her throat.

She managed to get up, she took her bags and went off the train. Harris was following behind her. Her cheeks blushed as it was embarrassing just a minute ago. She still remember what looked like just now as the passengers turned their attention to her for her loud shout.

" Finally, I've reached." she thought .
