Krista was an ordinary girl who lived in L.A. She loved Soccer, school and art. She didn't have many friends, only the girls on her team were her friends. She was always on time for every event she went to. One day Krista was walking back homefrom school. She opened the door and walked up to her room leaving her back on the floor and jacket hung up on the railing. She realised she was almost late for Soccer practice. She ran up to her room and quickly changed into her uniform, grabed her bag. filled her water bottle and left. She hopped on her bike and peddled to the park where her practice was talking place. Krista always rode her bike to practices and her mom would drive her to her games.

Krista made it to her practice just in time. She opened her bag and grabed her water bottle. While they were warming up, Krista was talking to her friend Julie. Krista, I have to tell you something. Julie said quietly. Ok, what is it Julie? Krista said confused. Julie never told her things that were, well, important. Ok here it goes, I'm moving to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan for a year. Julie said depressed. What? Why? When? Krista said furiously. My dad got a job there and I have to go with him, were leaving tomorrow early in the morning cause were flying. Julie said sadly. She couldn't stand to see Krista so upset, she always knew Krista as being stong, brave, and supportive. Julie had to leave practice early so she could get ready for her big trip.

When Krista came home she went up to her room and cryed over Julie leaving. Krista knew that she couldn't let something like this stop her from living her life. She went and emptied her soccer bag, she dumped it out and noticed a white piece of paper fell out along with a photo. She loked at the note.

Dear Krista,

I am giving you this photo so you can remember the time we first met. You were my closest friend and I would sacrifice eevrything to make you happy. So promise me that you'l remember us.

-Julie

3 months later...

Krista was getting ready to go to her soccer game. She looked in the miror and put her hair in a pony tail. She looked at the picture and the note Julie had given her before she left.

Don't worry, I'll remember. Krista said.
