An annoying sound awoke you from your peaceful snooze, it was your alarm clock. You gave a grunt and turned it off, then hearing your mothers voice you decided to get up.
"(Y/N) I'm leaving now, hurry up and get down here." Your mother yelled, you sighed and got out of bed, finding black, skinny jeans and a white t-shirt to wear. Once down stairs, you waved to your mother as she went off to work. You weren't exactly hungry so you didn't eat anything, you grabbed your bag and started walking off to school.
It wasn't long before you arrived at the school, knowing where your classroom is you went straight there. You walked in expecting everyone to stare again but no one did, was it only a one day thing? Do they just not care that you're new anymore? Not that you minded. You walked to the back of the class again and sat next to Xanda who was listening to music and his feet up on the desk just like yesterday.
"Good morning (Y/N)" Xanda said with his eyes closed, and his voice gruff, but soothing. It's amazing how he does that, his eyes closed but he still knows its you, and if you were staring at him, he'd know. Probably just a sense.
"Good morning!" You replied, sitting down. Soon everyone arrived and the class had started. You didn't like school, and It wasn't because you were bad at the work, actually you were pretty damn good, throughout primary school you were mainly a grade A student, but you didn't tell people that, you didn't want to seem like a nerd. You don't know why you despise school so much.

After first block, (math), You started grabbing your bag and headed outside. You didn't really have anywhere to sit, there were groups that would sit together, but you unfortunately were not in a group, considering you only had one friend. Speaking of that one friend, Xanda walked up to you.
"There's not many places to sit around here, follow me." Xanda said naturally, you followed him. You walked around to the back of the school and Xanda sat down, It was beautiful around here. The grass seemed to be greener and the smell of sweaty teenagers went away, there were a couple of cherry blossom trees as well, which made everything so much more beautiful. But there was one question lingering in your mind.
"Xanda, are we aloud to be around here?" You asked him, worried that you'll get caught if you're not aloud.
"Of course, you don't think I'd purposelessly get you in trouble do you?" He grinned a cheeky grin. You smiled and sat next to him.
"Well I hope not." You said, staring at one of the pastel, pink blossom trees. You hadn't eaten all day, but you wasn't hungry.
"It's really pretty around here." You said to Xanda who was staring off as well.
"Yeah, that's why I come around here, It's amazing." Xanda said softly. Deep in thought you figured.
-Time skip-
It was about time to head home, and you had homework, great. One thing you dreaded doing was homework. You got all your work done at school all the time so you didn't see the point of having it, especially because it has to be done in your own time. At the end of the hallway you see Kayne and his gang laughing and talking about whatever they talk about. You decided to ignore them and try and just walk past without them noticing.
Wrong choice.
"Oh hey fag! You seem good in class. How about doing my homework for me." Kayne said to me whist holding out three books and a couple of notes. They had nothing on them.
You glared at him for a moment. "What? No." You said plainly and then began to walk away.
Wrong choice, again.
Kayne pulled at the back of your t-shirt and almost choked you.
"That wasn't a question. Fag!" Kayne yelled at you, you could of sworn you felt his saliva hit your face. The grip seemed to be getting tighter by the second. You closed your eyes not wanting to look at his face. Getting harder to breath.
Suddenly the grip on your t-shirt was gone, and you looked up to see Xanda. He had his hand wrapped around Kaynes shirt as Kayne was now the one being choked, his feet only just touching the ground.
Xanda didn't seem to say anything, although your head was woozy so you couldn't really tell, but he gave Kayne a death stare that even you would admit is scary. Xanda dropped Kayne and he fell hard, but he and his gang got up and ran as fast as they could. You still felt really dizzy and found it quite hard to stand straight. You looked up to see a blurry Xanda reaching his hand down for you.
"Are you okay?" Xanda's soft, comforting, but worried voice asked. And that was the last you heard or seen before you passed out.
