The plane ride was dreadful. Troy was happy he got the window seat, so he could watch the world below. He couldn't distract himself, no matter how hard he tried. So many memories kept playing over & over again in his head. He just wished he could turn his brain off. His mom was sleeping, so he had no one to talk to. He just looked out the window the entire time. After a few more hours, the plane finally landed! Troy's dad was waiting for them at the airport. Tory couldn't wait to see his dad, & to hear how the pitches went. Troy was proud of his dad. He spent his whole life working towards this, and now it's finally coming together. When they stepped into the airport, Troy froze. The London airport is massive. Troy suddenly felt very small. They went to find their luggage, then headed outside. Troy's dad was waiting out front in a big SUV. Troy had never seen anything like it. He couldn't wait to get inside. Once all their luggage was placed in the trunk, Troy hopped in the back. His dad asked how their flight was, but Troy was too busy looking out his window. The sights were over whelming. There was way too much stuff to look at. All the buildings look so different. Troy could tell their was a lot of history in them. Troy couldn't wait to explore London. Tory's dad asked if he was alright, because he was very quite. Tory told him he was ok, but he started to feel queezy. As they pulled up to the apartment, Troy felt excited. He couldn't wait to see his new room, & get it set up. His parents told him he could have what ever bedroom he wanted. Tory was going to pick the room that spoke to him. He knew he had to follow his gut. He wanted a room he could feel at home in. It couldn't be just any room. It had to be THE room!
