Libby is your average 17 year old girl, she gets good grades and try's to be her parents perfect little girl. But is she really living..once she meets a Louis Tomlinson maybe he can really open her eyes to see what she may have wanted all along.
"Sweetie it's 4:30pm" my mother shouts from downstairs. I look at the time
"Crap no no no..." I screamed, I got home from school and took a small nap it was only meant to be an hour...Louis was coming to get me in 30 minutes and I still need to shower and try look half decent..great.
I rush in the shower, not even bothering to put some music on. I hop out blow dry my hair then curl it, put some make up on then walk to my closet, as I do so I look at the time 4:50. I have ten minutes to find an outfit, I can do this.
"Hey hun, your dad and I are leaving for dinner and a movie we will be home around 11, remember to lock up when you leave and be safe I love you" my mom says walking up to me and giving me a kiss.
"Okay mom, I love you too" I say closing my door as she leaves, so I could get changed.
Hmmm, it's around fall so I'm thinking ripped jeans with a cute sweater and converse. I look in the mirror, "not bad Libby, not bad for 30 minutes, not bad." I run down stairs and wait for a text from Louis, I gave him my address this morning and he said he would message me when he's here.
The door bell rings, I get up to answer the door and surely enough it'sLouis; he's wearing jeans with a white shirt with a beanie, he looked so good.
"Hey Libby, you look great, ready to go?" Louis asked disrupting my thoughts...just great is that good who knows. I grab my purse and smile as I walk out the door, he leads the way to his 2017 range rover.. was he rich, or was that his parents car.
"So, where do you wanna go?"he asks as he gets in the car and closes the door.
"Ummm, not sure I haven't done this whole guy and girl hang out thing before" I laugh.. then turn away, did that come out right, what if he just wants to be friends... "
"How about we head back to mine and we can just talk, after all I just want to get to know you" he says as he turns the engine on.
"Sounds great" I smile I put my seat belt in and we start to do the basic talk of getting to know each other.
*************** "Thank you for a great time, I loved getting to know you Libby" Louis gave me a hug, he was such a sweet guy with so much to talk about. He had told me how his parents weren't home so we just slouched on the couch, and talked about anything and everything.
"Same here, text me when you wanna hang out" I explain as I closed the door, and run up stairs to my room to call Eliana. Ring ring ring .... ring ring..she picks up.
"Hey, so I just got back from the "date" but I don't know if you can call it that we just hung out and got to know each other which was great but it was like bro hang out and..."
"Whoah whoah, Libby, take a breather" Eliana interrupted me, which happened a lot as I would just go on and on without stopping. I seriously am not sure how she puts up with me. "It was you guys getting to know each other, did he say he wants to hang out again?" She questions.
"Well I did, but he seems keen on the idea, I think I'm just overthinking this whole thing, I think I'm going to go sleep." I said throwing myself on my bed. "Maybe we can get lunch tomorrow and talk about it?"I asked.
"Busy tomorrow..with.... uh st..stuff ...just call me in the morning and get some rest, love you bye" she hangs up, busy? Why did she stutter and take so many pauses... that's not like her.
