What You Did

"I know what you're going to say" Felicity sighed, "And we're sorry for not telling you but we couldn't! You didn't even want to see Oliver let alone help him with anything! And when you finally spoke to him our ship had already sailed and-" Felicity babbled about Team Arrow

"So someone drugged me?" Aurora asked, arms crossed over her chest, completely ignoring Felicity.

"What?" Felicity asked after a moment of surprised silence

"You heard me" Aurora retorted. Felicity shook her head.

"Yeah we think so" Diggs nodded before anyone else could pipe up. He was desperate to move the conversation along.

"Why didn't they drug Felicity?" Aurora asked. She wondered if one of her previous 'night encounters' had caused her this trouble.

"Don't know" Diggs frowned. Oliver stayed a few feet away, silent. Aurora rolled her eyes.

"Well I would say thanks for the save but you've all been lying to me and killing people behind my back for months. So thanks Diggs, for telling me something useful, and now, I have a call to make. If you'll excuse me" Aurora practically spat. Felicity looked guilty, Oliver looked torn about letting her walk away.

"Anytime Aurora" Diggs scoffed

"You're my favorite, you know that right Diggle?" Aurora said very seriously

"Somewhere in here" He chuckled, patting his chest above his heart.

Aurora nodded, content with the answer, before turning on her heel and walking up the stairs and away into the dark night.

Aurora shivered when she opened the door of the warehouse that lead her onto the cold, wet streets. It appeared to have rained, and was still drizzling slightly. She pulled her phone out of her pocket and dialed the number, pressing the phone to her ear and pulling her jacket tighter around her.

Oliver caught the door just as it was about to close. He snuck through quickly and let the door close with a soft click. He watched as Aurora pressed her phone to her cheek and shivered slightly.

"Roy? Hey, come pick me up will you? We have some things to take care of " She said into the phone

"I'll tell you when you get here. No, it's alright. Trust me Roy I'm fine. I'm fine" She comforted who ever was on the other end of the phone between small bouts of silence.

"Okay. See you in ten" She said finally and ended the call.

Oliver stood by silently.

"As much as I appreciate the concern Oliver, I don't need a babysitter. You can go back downstairs now" She said, her back still to him. The streetlights cast an orange glow on her skin and made her hair resemble its natural red color. Oliver smiled slightly.

"Who'd you call?" He asked

"Roy Harper, but you already know that" She sighed

"What do you have to 'take care of'?" He asked, stepping closer to her.

"Oliver this is my business. You have your secrets to keep and I have mine" Aurora said through gritted teeth.

"Ror-" Aurora cut him off suddenly by whipping around to face him, anger and sadness in her eyes.

"You were gone for five years, Ollie. The hardest five years of my life; don't forget that. Lianu doesn't give you a free pass to just re-enter my life like nothing happened!" Aurora snapped.
