"Hey guys." Pattie inturrupted.
"Hi Pattie." I smiled.
"What are you guys up to?" She asked walking all the way in.
"Nothing Ma, can you please leave?" Justin asked.
"Excuse me, Justin Drew Bieber?" Pattie asked sternly.
"Mom, I don't mean to be rude but I'm tiered." Justin lied.
I know, he just wants Pattie to leave, he's not tiered one bit. How do I know this? I'm his best friend, and he keeps shifting on the bed awkwardly.
"Okay, well I'll leave, cuz your 'tiered'" Pattie said sarcastically.
"But your going straight to bed you hear me?" Pattie asked.
Justin sighed slightly knowing, that what ever he had to say would have to wait until tomorrow. Justin respects his mom, he can't lie to her, so he will go to bed once she leaves.
"Good night kiddos!" Pattie said and kissed out foreheads before leaving.
"Your not going to tell me until tomorrow are you?" I asked.
"Nope, sorry, I don't lie to my mom Dakota, and you know that, what ever I have to say will have to wait sorry, 'night Dakota." Justin said getting into his bed and turning the light off. I sighed and did the same.
~MONDAY MORNING~
"Dakota! Justin! Wake up, or you'll be late!" My mom alarmed. I groaned and noticed Justin hadn't moved a muscle so I threw the closests pillow near me at him, causing him to fall.
"Jeez Dakota! Why do you always have to do that?" Justin grunted as I giggled in satisfaction.
"I did it to wake you up, now lets go." I responded as I got up and walked towards my half of the closet.
Justin stood up from his bed and walked towards his side of the closet.
"Can you pick out my clothes?" Justin asked as I pulled out white skinny jeans and a pink shirt with rips on the back.
"Justin? Are you serious?" I responded turning to look at him.
"Please?" he pouted.
"Fine!" I went towards his side of the closet and pulled some black jeans out and a white shirt.
"Here." I spat tossing him the clothes.
"Hah, thanks Dakota! And this is why your my best friend." Justin cooed.
"Yeah yeah, get ready, before we miss the bus."
~At school~
"Bye Justin, see you in Geography!" I said hugging him good bye as I walked to first period, which was Math. Hurray. It has been a month since Justin and I started Freshman year in highschool. Justin and I have been best friends and are together, but Justin also needs his brofriends while I need my girlpals as well. So I had my friend Mikala, while Justin had his friend Ryan Butler. But no matter what, Mikala nor Ryan could have a bigger friendship with us, than the friendship Justin and I have.
~Math Class~
"Hey Kota!" Mikala greeted as I took the empty seat next to hers.
"Hi." I responded taking out my math book, notebook, pencil, and calculator.
~Justin's Point of View: Spanish Class~
I sat down at my usual seat next to my buddy Ryan Butler.
"Sup RyRy." I greeted with a fist bump as he took his seat.
"Sup. Did you tell Dakota?" Ryan asked. Oh great.
"Nope." I responded.
"Really why not?" He pressed.
"Because I just didn't okay?" I grunted.
"Justin, you got to tell her at some point you know?" Ryan just kept on pressing. Jeez, were is Miss Martinez, this Spanish class needs to start now, before Ryan askes the question I really don't want to hear.
"Do you think she will say no?" Ryan asked, and that was the question I didnt want to hear. I shrugged, just as Miss Martinez walked in.
"Hola! Ready to learn?" Miss Martinez greeted with her white pearly smile.
"Good Morning Miss Martinez." Her students greeted
"Open your text books to page numero 22." She instructed. Oh no! My textbook, I left it in Kota's backpack from Friday afternoon. I rose my hand.
"Yes senior Bieber?" Miss Martinez responded.
"I left my book in my friends backpack can I go get it?" I asked.
"Si, In what class is she or he in?" She asked.
"She is in Math right now." I answered. Miss Martinez walked over towards the wall phone and called the Math teacher. Once she hung up, she handed me a hall pass and allowed me to walk to the Math classroom.
I knocked at the Math door and waited for Mr. Tylor to open the door. Once he did, he knew where I was going, which was to the back of the classroom where Mikala and Dakota were sitting.
"Justin what are you doing here?" Dakota whispered as Mr. Tylor continued the class.
'I left my spanish textbook in your backpack." I explained. Dakota flipped her bangs out of her face and looked through her backpack for it. She finally found it and handed it over.
"Thanks." I responded.
"Are you sure, it wasn't just an excuse so you could come see Dakota?" Mikala teased flashing a kissy face.
I blushed and looked at Dakota who just looked right back at me.
"See you in Geography." I said and left. WOW way to play it smooth Bieber.
