it was me and my best friends. all i could ask for. soaking up the sun. listening to good music. doing crazy shit.
This Girl was playing on full blast as josie and i posed in the sand as quinn took pictures of us. i ran into the water singing and twirling when i bumped into someone walking with purpose.
"holy shit," i laughed, "i am so sorry"
"oh no its okay." he looked down as i took in his appearance.
long black hair, scorching blue eyes. damn.
"welp, i'm kinsley, or kinny preferably. nice to meet you." i held out a hand with a smile.
"i'm colby. i was actually just on my way to talk to you," he said with a cheeky laugh, "i was talking to my friends when you all caught my eye. i thought you were gorgeous and here we are."
i looked over to his three friends standing in the distance, all intently watching us talk.
"so, uh, are you only talking to me for a video or something?" i asked laughing a bit waving one who held a camera.
"oh gosh no, wanna go meet them? they're pretty chill.. usually."
we walked over towards the three and i looked back at josie and quinn with a confused face. they both pretended to cheer and gave me the thumbs up.
"so, what's up with the camera?" i asked the shorter one with long black hair and a beard.
"well you could say it's for a youtube channel, but i like to say it's for creative use of stalking." the man replied straight faced.
"elton, you're gunna scare her!" the guy with pink/blonde hair said while hitting him.
"well so much for first impressions.. this is elton, sam, and corey. guys this is kinsley." colby said gesturing to each one.
elton was the one with the camera. he was pretty fit looking. good sense of humor. sam had the pinkish hair. he seemed to be charmingly sweet and had a cute smile. and corey had a loud laugh and was intensely muscular.
"it's a pleasure to meet all of you. so what is this a boys gone wild trip?" i said with a chuckle.
"oh you bet your ass it is, but were always open to inviting a thrill seeking lady like yourself into the party." elton said, shooting a wink at colby.
colby punched his shoulder and looked up at the sky, trying to hide his flushed face.
"well trust me, hanging out with a bunch of cute boys is right up my alley, but i wouldn't want to intrude on what looks like either a boys weekend out or an extreme porno." i replied with a giggle.
"oh no, you're not intruding, we need a fifth member to go with us bungee jumping later anyway." colby said putting an arm around me.
"woah wait you guys are going bungee jumping??" i asked.
"yeah this whole trip is pretty much dedicated to us doing crazy shit." sam said.
"crazy stupid shit, may i add." corey added in.
"I'm getting the vibe that you're not very in to crazy things huh corey?" i asked.
"it's just heights. and somehowww we always end up doing somethinggg with heights. like there is so much stuff out there that we can do with my feet safely on the ground." he said crossing his arms, trying to stand his ground.
"well, i would love to go bungee jumping. i just really am not sure how i feel about going, yknow, going off with, yknow, a bunch of stranger in new zealand?"
"how bout we make you trust us by talking about our life stories over lunch. especially since it looks like it is about to down poor on our sorry asses." colby said looking up at the cloudy sky.
i had to fetch all of my things from by quinn and josie and alert them of my plan for the rest of the day. they were surprisingly not worried for me or bothered with the fact that i'm going off alone with strangers. maybe they're trying to rid of me and use my room as a closet.
as we all were walking the what seemed to be 1,000 miles to get back to the boys car, it started to down pour.
"shit" sam said
"run?" elton asked.
"run." we all said together.
as we were running, corey fell in the mud, colby dropped his phone about ten times, and i was sopping wet. but, colby being the gentlemen he is, gave me his jacket.

we got up to the parking lot and there were no cars whatsoever. then elton walked up to an rv.
"holy shit, you guys are spending your whole trip, in an rv?? why would you do that to yourselves?" i asked with a shocked face and a hand over my heart.
"well, it's cheaper, and i get to sleep with my baby colbyy" sam said pretending to kiss colby.
"hey guys, save it for the bedroom, there are virgin eyes here." i said covering corey's eyes.
"wait wait i wanna see! mommm you never let me have any funnn" corey said in a whiney kids voice.
on our way to get food, colby, sam, corey and i sat at the dining table wrapped in towels while elton drove. we talked about pointless shit and they told me all about their youtube careers.
it's crazy how they can get so much money by filming videos of them traveling and hanging out with their friends... i really hope i get to spend more time with these guys..
