I Wake Up In A White Room To My Weeping Mother And Brother Comforting Her. I Turn My Head And Notice Beeping Machines. I Try And Move My Body, But All I Feel Is Pain.

Me:Mom...What's Wrong Why Are You Crying And Why Am I Here??

My Mom Stands Up Out Of The Seat And Rushes Over To My Bedside.

Mom: Oh Sweetie I So Happy To See You!!! You Had To Have Surgery On Your Left Foot. Y'all Were Hit By A Drunken Driver.

Me: Really?!?! Where's Jordan Is He Ok???

Daniel: Dont Worry About Him Right Now Lil Sis The Question Is Are You Ok???

Me: Yea I'm....(gco)

Nurse: I See That Your Awake Ms. Taylor Delaney. We Did Some Test And It Shows That You Were Pregnant. But It Seems We Have A Problem Now.

I Look At My Moms Face When The Nurse Says Pregnant. She Looks At Me Then At Daniel Shakes Her Her Head And Walks Out The Door. I Close My Eyes To Prepare For Whatever Else News That Is Left.

Me: Problem?? What's The Problem?

Nurse: Well...We Checked And Checked But We Didn't Hear A Umm Heart Beat. I'm So Sorry.

I Feel My Stomach Turn At The News. I Look Down At My Hands And Close My Eyes. The Tears I've Been Holding Back All Day Are Finally Released. Daniel Walks Over To My Bedside And Places His Hand On My Shoulder. When I Use My Hand To Dry My Tears I Feel A Line Right Across My Eye Brow. I Was Given Stitches?? This Is Too Much For Me And No One Has Even Told Me About Jordan Yet. I Let The Tears Roll Free, Until They Stop And Dry On My Face While I Sleep The Night Away.

Jordan's POV

I Wake Up In A Hospital Room And Gown, With A Pounding Headache. I Look Around And See My Mom Sleeping On The Pull Out Bed. While I Examine The Room I Realize That I Have To Pee. I Swing My Leg Over The Bed And Walk Towards The Bathroom. I Start To Think About What Happened, The Reason I'm Here And Where's Taylor. When I Finish Taking Care Of My Business I See A Nurse. I Walk To My Bed Forgetting My Butt Is Out. I Hear A Small Giggle Escape Her Lips.

Nurse: How Do You Feel Mr.Jordan Mass

Me: My Head Hurting Like Crazy...But What Happened To Me???

Nurse: What Do You Remember???

Me: I Was In The Car With My Girlfriend Taylor. We Were Laughing && Talking, Then Everything Went Black.

Nurse: Yes...You Had A Head On Collision With A Drunk Driver. You Hit Your Head On The Steering Wheel && Had A Mild Concussion. But You Should Be Fine. Were Going To Keep You Over Night And See How Your Doing In The Morning.

Me: Ummm Ok...Do You Have A Patient By The Name Of Taylor Delaney ???

Nurse: Yess We Do....And I'm Not Suppose To Do This But Her Room Number Is 342. Just Down The Hall If You Want To See Her. I Know That's You GirlFriend.

I Nod Showing My Appreciation And Wait For Her To Leave. Once She Disappears Through The Door. I Ease My Way Out Of The Bed And Grab My Underwear And Basketball Warm Up Pants, Slide Them On And Walk Down To Taylor's Room.

Room 342. The Door Is Close And The Room Is Relatively Dark. I Calmly Knock And Wait For An Answer. Daniel Slowly Opens The Door. He Moves Over Showing Me It Was Okay To Come In. I Slowly Walk Past Him And Search The Room For Taylor's Sleeping Body. Then I Spot Her. To My Left I Catch A Glimpse Of A Set Of Eyes Trained On Me. I Look Over To See Her Mom, Watching My Every Move.

"Ms.Katie" I Mumble

Me: How's She Doing???

Katie: Oh Taylor's Fine. She Had Emergency Surgery On Her Left Foot. But That's Not What You Should Be Worried About. What You Should Worried About Is That Baby....My Grandchild That I Had No Idea About. Is The Baby Your's???

Me: Umm....(gco)

Katie: IS THE BABY YOUR'S!!!???

Me: Yes Ma'am The Baby's Mine. What Happen To It???

She Shakes Her Head In Disgust With Me And Doesn't Say Another Word. The Tears Start To Sting My Eyes And Find There Way To My Cheeks.

Me: WHAT HAPPENED TO MY BABY!!!!

I Yell A Little Bit Louder Than I Meany To And Wake Tay.

Taylor: Jordan??? What Wrong?? Why Are You Yelling??

Taylor's POV

He Angrily Walks Over To My Bed With Tears Rolling Down His Face

Jordan: What Happened To Our Baby???

He Grabs My Hand && Looks Me My Eyes. I Can't Stomach Letting The Words Escape. I Look At My Mom Who Is Shocked by Jordan's Reaction. Then My Eyes Find Daniel. He Looks At Me With Those Same Loving Eyes My Dad Used To. Then My Head Looks Down At My Hands.

Me: They Say That They Searched && Searched....But Umm...They Couldn't Find A Heart Beat.

His Face Turned From Concerned To Upset. He Took His Eyes Out Of Mine And Searched The Room.

"Jordan???" I Called

He Walked Out Of The Room Without Answering Or Saying A Word.

Is Jordan Ok????
