✔ CHAPTER 5

Hope walked back to the compound and went to sleep right away. Klaus had no idea that Hope had gone out of the compound. She was glad she wasn't caught.

Hope woke up to someone opening the curtains. "Wake up Hope," Klaus said opening the curtains. "Dad," Hope moaned. She was indeed exhausted. She locked the door with magic. Her dad being understanding walked off and let her be.

She thought about the boy she mett. He was so nice except the fact that he nearly drained her of blood. She just shrugged it off. She completely forgot about him.

She slept most the day away. She woke up and ran downstairs. "Mom, Dad," Hope yelled. Hope was worried she didn't see them anywhere. "Hope it's aunt Rebekah," Rebekah called out. Hope vamp-speeded to her aunt. "Where is my mom and Dad," Hope asked her aunt. "They had some business to attend to so I'll be watching you for a little bit," Rebekah said coolly.

"Oh okay so we are just gonna hang until everyone gets back," Hope said nicely. "Yes we are... I missed you so much Hope," Rebekah said pinching Hopes cheeks. "I missed you too auntie becks," Hope said hugging Rebekah. "Now let's go do those nails shall we," Rebekah said laughing.

"What colors do you have," Hope asked curiously. "Blue,Gold,silver and Rose Gold," Rebekah said holding all four colors up. "I want Rose Gold," Hope said excitedly. "Okay let's do this," Rebekah said shaking the bottle with Rose Gold in it. Twenty minutes later Hope's nails were painted.

"Thank you Auntie Becks," Hope said in awe. "Your very welcome," Rebekah said coolly. "Hope," Hayley called from the living room. "Coming," Hope called running down stairs. "I missed you so much," Hope said hugging her mom. "I missed you too," Hayley said hugging Hope back.

"Are you forgetting someone," Klaus said walking in. "Daddy," Hope said running in her dad's arms. "I missed you too," Klaus said hugging her tightly. They stopped hugging and talked for a while.

Hope fell asleep on the couch. Klaus carried her to her bed gently. "Good night my little princess," Klaus said leaving her room.
