Sail

Sav walked through the ocean and pushed the small boat. As the water got slightly deeper she jogged forwards and jumped into her boat. The boat worked its way through the waves as Sav turned on the motor. A rev of the motor rocked the boat and made Sav loose her balance.

Sav sailed for a while, just thinking. When she was out of earshot of everyone around her she lay down in the boat and sang at the top of her lungs. She intensified as she stood up while singing 'Hallelujah' by Leonard  Cohen. She always steamed to like singing this more then anything.

As she sailed towards a small island of rocks she saw something glistening in the water. It moved. Sav thought nothing of it. She tied up her boat to the rocks and slumped onto the tallest one. She saw the moving, glistening object again. It seemed to shine brighter this time, dancing in the water. Sav couldn't help but follow it with her eyes. She leaped from rock to rock, following the object until it disappeared. It didn't fade out, or move away. It just vanished.

She sat back down on some moss; staining her white dress. She watched the colourful dots on the beach move around. She was so far away all the people looked like dots. As Sav climbed back into her boat the object appeared. Without thinking she followed it. She pushed the motor to its limit trying to catch up with the fast object. She sailed, and sailed.

The object stopped. Sav looked at it from the boat. It looked intriguing and important. As she stared at it she tried to make out what it was. It was like nothing she had ever seen before. She had to see it closer.

Note: sorry for saying "boat" so many times. I bet it was annoying. :p
