~3rd POV~
Katelyn sighed, staring at the paper in front of her.
"You've been acting weird. Is something bothering you?" Jeffory stands up and peeks over Katelyn's shoulder. "Hey! Isn't that the local college nearby?" He asked, eyes widening in surprise.
Katelyn's face turns red as she quickly hides the paper. "No! I have no idea what you're talking about." She said.
"Come on, Katelyn. Let me see." Jeffory said sternly.
"Back off, it's none of your business." Katelyn said, just as stern.
"Katelyn, I've been your friend for a long time. You know you're going to tell me eventually." Jeffory said, folding his arms in front of him.
"Mmm." Katelyn grumbled in annoyance. "Fine! Here." She hands him the paper. "It's a brochure for the local college. I was thinking about... I don't know... looking at it?" She said, it coming off more as a question.
"Katelyn, that's wonderful! What would you major in?" Jeffory said, overjoyed with her choice.
"Theater. And not so much as 'major' in it as much as, I just want to take a class or something." Katelyn said.
"You? Really? Katelyn, I never knew you were interested in theater. I mean I knew you could sing, but performing in front of others? Pardon me for saying this but you get angry everytime you're shy, and don't you have stage fright?" Jeffory said.
"That's why I wanted to go, to get over that or learn how to. I don't know, I mostly would like to direct or write a play." Katelyn said, looking down.
"Well, do it! You have my full support. Heck, I'll even drive you there on my way to work in the morning." Jeffory said, smiling wide.
"Thanks Jeffory. That's sweet, but I'm not going." Katelyn said, plainly.
"What? Why not?" Jeffory asked, shocked.
"For the reasons you pointed out. I've been thinking about but... I just can't." Katelyn said.
"Katelyn, you have to!" Jeffory said, trying to persuade her.
"DROP IT, JEFFORY! I SAID I'M NOT GOING!" Katelyn yelled.
"You NEED to! Stop being so stubborn, Katelyn!" Jeffory said, still trying to persuade Katelyn.
"UGH, YOU'RE SO ENCOURAGING! STOP IT!" Katelyn yelled.
Jeffory sighed. "Katelyn. Look, this is just going to end up in us fighting and then dueling to prove who's right. I'm going to step out before this gets too crazy. Just know that I really think you should follow your dreams. Come talk to me when your temper cools off." Jeffory said, opening the door and walking out of Katelyn's room.
Katelyn sighs and puts her head on her desk, sighing lightly.
~Perspective Change | In the living room~
Downstairs, Aphmau, (Y/N) and Zane sat on the couch watching 'My Little Horsies'.
"I don't know how I feel about ponies having a human form. It just seems like a ploy to sell more toys." Zane said.
"Well, we can't judge it until we watch it, now can we?" Aphmau said, glancing at Zane.
"Yes we can." Zane said.
"No we can't! Zane, you're supposed to be more open-minded." (Y/N) said, fully turning to Zane.
"I was open-minded, when I wore that maid outfit! And I already regret that decision." Zane said.
