"Your aunt will be here any minute, are you packed?" My mom asked frantically while running around the house making sure I have everything.

"Mom, I have been packed for days. Remember you're the one sending me away anyways," I said as I pouted and sat on the couch. I cant believe she's really sending me, her only child away to live with my aunt. Yeah I might have threw the biggest party ever, and yeah it might have destroyed half of the house, but it was totally worth it. The finish of my senior year was amazing, I was popular and known by almost everyone. But of course as soon as it was over my mom called my aunt and asking if I could move in with her. I don't even know where she lives, but I know it wont be fun with living with all 4 of her children.

"Grab your stuff! She's here!" My mom shouted as she was already out the old screen door, running to my aunt. I grabbed the rest of my bags and went outside.

"Hey sweetie!" My aunt said with her annoying ass southern accent while practically tackling me to the ground, hugging me.

"Uh hi, Aunt Shirley," I said pretending to be excited to see her, but we all know that I'm not.

"Well, my god! Look how big you've gotten!" She exclaimed while checking me out, awkward. "How old are you now? 15, 16?"

"I'm 18," I said already annoyed as fuck. That accent is going to be the death of me.

"Oh! Its been so long, I'm sorry," She said. "Well are you ready? We have a plane to catch!" She looked at my mom and hugged her. "I'll be in the car, come in when you're ready," she looked almost upset, or like she felt bad for me. Well at least some one has some knowledge here. Then before I knew it, she was sitting in her rental waiting. My mom looked up at me with tears in her eyes.

"Look, I know you hate me for this Lilah, but I am your mom and I will always love you," she said letting her tears roll down her cheeks, not bothering to wipe them away. "Please call me as much as possible. Its going to be so lonely now with just me your dad."

"If you don't want me to go, then why are you sending me away?" I asked more curiously than frustrated.

"I said that I love you and that I will miss you, not that I don't want you to go," She remarked pretty rudely. She was just so loving and caring, what happened?

"Whatever, I can't wait to get out of here," I said just as rudely back. Tears started to roll down my cheeks, but I didn't care. I grabbed my last bag, and headed for the car. How can she just send me away? Hasn't she ever  made mistakes before? Its like she doesn't even love me, she just wants to get rid of me. I hope she realizes what she's- my thoughts were cut off by my mom hugging me. She was fully sobbing into my neck. I turned around and hugged her back.

"I love you, I'm so sorry," She sobbed.

"It's okay mom, but its better for me to go, I love you," I said and let go off her. I slowly walked over to the car and got it. This is definitely going to be interesting.
