Ian's phone buzzed with a text message next to his bed at midnight. This better be good. He though as he slid his glasses on and read the message.
From Lena: IAN YOU HAVE TO COME OVER QUICK
He quickly slid out of bed and shoved his head through the nearest shirt and pulled on some shorts from the floor before rushing to his next door neighbor's house in a hurry.
He busted through her door to find her casually sitting on the couch sipping a cup of coffee. She chuckled. "Hello Ian. You're looking well." She was talking about the backwards shirt that read 'I eat ass' and the boxers he was wearing over another pair of boxers, because he thought it was shorts.
She always did this when she was bored. It didn't matter if it was twelve in the afternoon or twelve in the morning, she loved messing with him. "Do you know what time it is?" Ian replied to her, taking of his glasses and rubbing his tired eyes.
She checked her phone. "Approximately 12:32. Why?" She questioned, feigning innocence.
"Can you stop doing this past eleven? I have things to do in the morning."
"No you don't. But this time is different! I swear." She held her hands up.
"How?"
"Well, Poppy got out again, and you know I can't go out alone. There could be roaches or something. So I thought, who better to protect me from the bugs than the scariest dude I know?" He rolled his eyes. She obviously didn't think that, just last week she broke into his apartment early in the morning and set a bucket of fake snakes above his bedroom door and waited in his kitchen for five hours just so she could watch (and film) his reaction. Which he yelled fuck and screamed like a girl.
"Okay fine." He grabbed her hand and pulled her out of the hole she had made in the couch. She was objected as she was just as underdressed as he, wearing a tight black tank top and some gym shorts from when she was in highschool. Unlike Ian, who had gotten some Nike sandals on before he left, she had no shoes.
"Ian let me get some shoes! What if I step on something?" She complained. He lifted her off the ground bridal style causing her to gasp a little in fear.
"Put me down cunt I'm heavy." To which he told her she was full of shit.
They walked a block (he walked. All she did was change from bridal position to wrapping her legs around his torso.) When they saw a black figure jump over a fence.
"That might be her!" She got excited and was about to jump off him but he hoisted her up more. Instead he dropped her on the other side of the fence and climbed over the strangers yard.
He scooped her back up and together they looked around. All was well until pretended like he was going to drop her in resulting in a punch to the head.
"I wouldn't be mad of I didn't have my phone in my pocket."
"You have it?" She skeptically patted all of her pockets.
"No." That was all he needed to hear before throwing both of them into the water.
Lena shot up from the water to find Ian trying to climb out. In one swift movement she was pulling him off the wall with all her strength and dunking him in. She grabbed his face and gave him a long kiss on the lips. They were giggling like a bunch of children, repeatedly kissing each other for no reason in a stranger's pool at three in the morning.
"What the hell is going on in here?" Someone yelled from behind us. We slowly turn around to find an angry shirtless man carrying a shotgun.
We both simultaneously yell shit and run to the part of the fence where we came in and ran as quickly as we could back to my house, where we opened and slammed the door shut. We were both panting, and laughing, our asses off.
"Meow" a fluffy white ball walks into the living room and rubs against Ian's wet leg.
"Poppy! There you are silly kitty kitty."
I've decided to start an Ian oneshots book. This may seem weird but that's because it's loosely bases off of a weird dream I had last night, with some minor changes, such as: instead of looking for my cat, I was looking for my washer that me and the family were taking on a picnic, and instead of the man with a shotgun , the "to be continued" meme started playing and we had both starting scrambling out of the pool only for it to be a torpedo bomb going off in the distance for some reason.
Another thing, this a oneshots book, but I'm not comfortable with writing x readers yet so I'll be using names. You can imagine the character with a different name and look it won't effect the story.
