It possibly may be Foxy, FredBear, or Mangle here's some reasons why: Number 1, Foxy: his jaws literally hangs right open, and his sign always says (or mostly says) "Sorry out of order!"

Number 2: FredBear If you ever played FNAF 4 (which I did) there was this cut scene of the crying child getting THROWN INTO FREDBEAR'S GOSH DARN MOUTH, oh and what caused him to bite was the child's tears activated his springlocks and here's the evidence:
That's the most biggest evidence ever!! The biggest I can find... Number 3: Mangle So if you played FNAF 2 (which I obviously had played) at the end of the game you can see Jeremy had gotten this job in 1987, which is the date of the bite, just look at this picture (OR I WILL SLAP YOU IN THE FACE!! Jk):
