*disclaimer! I am not going to be going into too much detail, BUT, if you feel uncomfortable with this subject, feel free to skip this if you want.. I still feel that this is a very important subject, so if you want go on reading... Sorry.*

Anyways, for this post I decided to do something a little deep. You may have heard about the new(ish) Netflix series called 'Thirteen Reasons Why'. It is about a 17 year old teen who takes her life, and leaves behind 13 tapes with 13 different reasons (or more like people) who had to do with her decision to die.I honestly didn't want to watch it in the beginning. I am normally pretty scared of TV series, movies etc. that are freakishly accurate, that aren't clearly fantasy ( like teen wolf, vampire diaries) so I wasn't really into it. Me and my besties love watching series to take breaks from stressful schoolwork, or just life, so when We ran out of something to watch, We naturally had to 'brainstorm' and come up with something quick! I remember when the book came out, and I was like HELL NO I ain't reading that, but when the series came out, I watched the trailer and kinda liked it. Not too much, like I said before, but I was going to give it a chance. Me and my friends started watching it, and loved it for the first 4 episodes. Nothing too scary, or extremely graphic so we continued watching. If any of guys have watched the show, you may know that it gets darker and darker and more graphic as the story continues. It kinda got hard for me too watch- it got really sad, and I was feeling kinda depressed. My friend was still watching it, and I thought to myself-   'I should just get over with this' and I finished it. (Not because of peer pressure, I wanted to see how it ended...)
The show got me really thinking about how people get bullied, and truly feel worthless. I am so fortunate to have amazing family and friends that support me and love me, but I know for a fact that some people feel like they don't have that. Even I sometimes feel like I have no friends (as weird as it sounds) and that I wish I had someone who i can truly talk to. Truth is, I do... I have an amazing mom, dad, grandparents, friends, teachers and so much people who will support me till the end. If you feel like your depressed, lonely, sad, anxious, hormonal etc., than I have a couple of tips I have been taught, heard of, and learned over time to make you
feel better:
🌺 make yourself a list full of POSITIVE and happy things in your life. If you have a hard time, then make yourself lists of goals For the future and present.  It helps to think about all of the blessings you have in life, and it honestly made me appreciate life.
🌸put your hand on your chest. Do you feel something? If that isn't you stomach growling like mine is right now, than that is your heart. You are alive for a reason. If you are going through a tough time, I promise that you will get through it no matter what. (While writing this, it reminded me of Just hold on- Louis Tomlinson...)
🌺 talk to someone you can trust. It can be your parents, friends, teachers or the janitor for all I care. If you can trust that person, tell them what you really feel. If you don't feel comfortable, write a letter.
🌸 watch motivational videos online and listen to cheerful music- Those help a lot, not only for bad times- it brightens your mood and is also good for  lazy mornings (or days in the summer- I swear to god I can be the laziest creature on earth sometimes). 
🌺just ask for HELP! there are literally people who go to uni just to learn how to help people like you! Don't be shy- just ask for it!
🌸 hurting yourself or God forbid ending your life is not an option! You may not think people care, or will notice- I can assure you, someone always cares! You WILL get through the bad times- just imagine to yourself your future, with the goals you have for life.

I am no professional or ANYTHING, I am just an ordinary teenager who is giving you guys tips on how to feel better with yourself, that sometimes help me...

YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL /HANDSOME AND AMAZING JUST THE WAY YOU ARE AND DON'T LET ANYONE MAKE YOU THINK DIFFERENTLY!
If you want to make a change in your appearance, do it for YOU. Not your friends, not for popularity and not for your partner do it for y/n ( your name)!!!

I might write in the future about anxiety, because I personally suffer from panic attacks- so if you have anything to add- feel free!
This book will include a lot of things from funny and light stuff to deep or sensitive subjects that I think should be addressed...
