CHAPTER ONE:
Izumi Lang started to cry as she heard the news. Two of her really good friends died because of that stupid murderer that always had to kill people for joy. But what everyone thought was the hell was already here. Only the murderer knew that the hell hadn't broken loose... yet.
She knew it was the same murderer who killed a whole family last week, because they had the same paper on their chests. It always read MINE. THEY HAVE BECOME MINE. Izumi was tired of the nonsense.

A few weeks later...
"You're better now!" a voice said behind Kira. Kira Song was Izumi's best friend. But to Izumi, Kira had drastically changed after the first murder. Izumi once suspected that Kira was the murderer and had even asked her, but Kira sadly said, "I have only changed because she killed my family". And walked away.
"Uhhh, yes. Yes I am." Kira responded, but with a serious voice. Another change that Izumi noticed on Kira, was that her voice went from energetic, to dead. Izumi always knew that Kira always said she was ok, but she really wasn't. She hoped that Kira will open up to her one day.
"Kira, are you sure? You always say you are, but it really doesn't look like it. Please just tell me." Izumi said. "If you really knew who I was..."
"What? Tell me."
"Nevermind"
"Please! I'll do anything!"
"You ask this everyday, yet you get the same response. Please, just stop asking."
And with that, Kira shut her locker and left to class without saying a word.

RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNGGGGG!!!!!!! It was the end of school. "Kira! Wait for me!" Izumi yelled from the other side of the hall. Kira turned around to see Izumi sprinting towards her. "Izumi. Hi. uhhhh, how's life?" Kira said, trying her best to be like she was before.
"Well, I have to go, ummm, like duty calls, maybe?" Saying so, Kira turned around and went for the exit, leaving Izumi feeling abandoned.
