Every time, war after another war, we always feel guilty about it.
I remember a saying that we should not repeat history, but to make our own...
Our time though is beginning to change, Now schools have a chance to fight and claim other's as territory. You may ask, "how does this even work?" Well basically we declare war (or not if it's a surprise attack) against another school. We get settled and begin to prepare. After that, we set up tactics and begin our first shot. The schools are allowed to call in help from allies, and allies are able to join in the war. Now another question may pop up from you viewers "Isn't it dangerous to do wars!?" Why yes, yes it is. But the technology now shouldn't kill the students. Basically imagine these bullets as a paintball, it still has the same shape and size, and it's also meant to be shot out of real guns... But, these bullets are like stimulants. They simulate the pain, but down a degree, of how it feels to have a bullet shot at you. So basically you could imagine the wars, as a huge turf fight.

The Beginning
Coral Coast School, Day 1. 5:00 p.m.
About a week ago, Coral Coast surprisingly attacked our school. Luckily we fended off their attack pretty well, and now we seek revenge. The school was placed on a coast. The coast was used to transport and store ships for battle as it was a navy school. Our regiment was positioned at the front of the school and into the woods. We were carried by a military truck that was as well carrying artillery cannons. We set things up and waited for the call, a flare gun signal. Our mission is to operate the artillery cannon for back up and to weaken the opposition, and as for reinforcements, there are thirty of us ready to strike when needed. My main job is to defend our unit from any counters, about half of our group are to do so too. Now we waited for the call. About two thousand, five hundred are in this battle.
The battle was about to begin. The force was hiding, camoflauged into the woods, ready to strike. Wind blew, trees rustled, and silence has come upon us. Suddenly, BAM!
Green smoke has soared through the sky and began to form an arch. The roaring of their voices came in, as boys and girls started to run towards the school. The outside of Coral Coast is heavily fortified, there was huge chunks of debris in front of the school for slowing down our forces and as well as wire fencing for even more toughness. It wasn't too long until the opposition began to notice our attack. Their troops were well armed with rifles, SMG's, and few with LMG's. They started to position themselves in bunkers and trenches and began to shoot. "Alright people! Get into your position ASAP!" Our commander said. I started to run to the left bringing my packed up utilities and sat behind a rock, holding my modernized bolt-action rifle while my partner, Matt, is armed with a modernized BAR M1918 light machine gun. Our school is quite prestigious when it comes to battles, it is world known to be one of the greatest war schools. Matt moved from Scotland to go to our school because he was accepted as a talented war fighter. Our school only takes the best.
"You nervous Francis?" Matt asked me. "No, not at all, and you?" I questioned back, "Nah, not with this baby!" He then started to kiss his gun "and not with the greatest marksman as my partner." I chuckled "Thanks." BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Three, 120 mm of artillery projectiles shot out of the cannons and headed for the wires and bunkers. The whistles of these projectiles were loud, or as we like to nickname the whistling, Death's Scream. Blam! Blam! Blam! All of the artillery shots has landed successfully on the enemy bunkers and trenches.
Nnneeaoowww! Nnneeaoowww! "Crap, planes." Matt said. Both of us looked up, but saw nothing. "Odd..." I said "I don't see any within my sights." "Me neither..." Matt said. A signal came from our mini radio box for communication to other groups. Bzzz... M-att... Fra-ncis... Bzzz... Matt rushed to the radio and picked up the phone, "Val!? Is that you!? What is it!?" He said worriedly. Bzz... BAM! BAM!... Bzz... Para... Troopers... Bzz... Their att-acking... F-rom behind!... BAM! BAM! BAM!.... Bzzzz.... "Hello!? Val!? Pick up!" Matt said desperately. After that there was no more signal. BAM! "GET DOWN!" I yelled. I grabbed Matt's shirt and ducked down quickly, we started to head to the front of the rock to take cover. Bullets rained down on us. "Crap! Could you check how many!?" Matt yelled. I pulled out my pocket mirror and peeked it out of the corner of the rock, I moved it around. We were outnumbered. "Eh- about eleven soldiers in the front, one LMG's, three SMG's, and seven riflemen..." I said worriedly.
The shooting then stopped. I peaked out a bit, but once I did the bullets came back. Ratatat! "Matt, give me a frag." I asked. He looked shocked, but then had a stern face. "Here." Matt handed me the grenade. "Thanks." I said. I pulled the pin and threw it back. "Grenade!" The enemy yelled to warn the others. I pulled my head out and started shooting. A blue explosion came out wiping some of the men who are now dazed and/or down. Matt soon joined me and started shooting. BAM! BAM! RATATAT!It wasn't too long until we had the advantage. Most of them were shot down, there was groaning and shoutings of pain because of the bullets that were shot at them. "Huff, I think we got them..." Matt said with exhaustion. "Yeah..." I said. I got up and looked around the area, searching for the radio. I pushed bushes and branches aside until I found it. Sadly, the radio was filled with dents and holes from the fight. Dang it, broken. I sat down next to Matt, getting some rest. I looked at my watch... two hours has passed. I started to set up a fire and dug up a fighting hole with a shovel for Matt and I to rest in. We scheduled patrolling hours for the night and waited till tomorrow.
We need to check on the others soon. If they're down, I guess we'll have to head for the front lines then...
