................I'LL BE WATCHING YOU

(No Prologue, sorry)

"I can't beleive that we have to end our relationship this way" ,Dea told me. She was guilty about breaking up with her boyfriend.One week after she broke up with Jap, he died in a fatal motorcycle accident. We kept on telling her that it was not her fault though it was partly true. "Jap keeps on reminding me  about it," she told me awhile we were at Jap's funeral.

Dea decided to end her one-year relationship with Jap because she foundout that he had another girlfriend, and worse, she is the third party. She didn't know it until we saw them at the starbucks and heared their conversation.

*Flashback*

 "Eya, Is that Jap?" Dea asked.

" huh? where?" Eya replied.

" ayun oh nsa loob ng starbucks! " Dea replied too. (sabay turo kay Jap)

" ay oo nga noh! pero sino yung babaeng kasama nya??" Eya asked.

" bka ung ate nya??" dugtong nya pa.

"ha?! eh katext ko c ate Jo eh!" Dea replied.

" hali ka bka nag loko! tara sundan ntin! " Eya suggested.

"oo nga! tara! " pag sangayon nmn ni Dea.

at ayung nga tulad ng sabi ni eya sinundan nila..

pumasok sila sa loob ng starbucks at umorder nrin sila pra d cla mahalata at pumwesto cla sa likod ni Jap at nung girl.. at narinig nila ang conversation nila..

Conversation:

" So Jap what's your plan now?" the girl asked.

" are you breaking up with ur other girl? " dugtong pa niya.

then... blablablablablabla...

pagkarinig ni Eya at Dea nung sentence na : " are you breaking up with ur other girl?"

nagkatinginan cla at biglang nag salita c Dea

" eya. halika na wla rin nmn tayong mapapala rito.. "

------------end of Flashback-----------

So since Dea's the third party she decided to end her relationship with Jap.

Jap didn't take the break-up lightly ; he told Dea that he was planning to break-up woth his first girlfriend. He even told her that he loved her very much and he was happier when he was with Dea. She didn't change her mind . Although it hurt, Dea ignored his please and tried to move on.

After the break up, Jap was still bugging her. He kept on calling and texting. Dea  kept on ignoring him. That night Jap died in the accident , she was the last person to talk with him on the phone. Jap was drunk.

" I told him that I don't love him anymore." Dea said awhile crying.

" Ofcourse I lied. Then he asked me: What if this will be the last time you'll hear my voice?"

" I had this strange feeling that he meant what he is saying so i told him not to waste his life just because of our break-up,"

"He didn't answer and I heared music in the background. It was one of his favorite songs. The sound coming from his phone was kind creepy so I hung up." 

After their phone conversation, Jap continued dringking When he left the bar he met an unfortunate accident.

While Jap was dying that night Dea was hearing the song she heared in the background while they were having a conversation. Everywhere she went around the house even in the places where there was no radio,TV, or any source of sound the song kept on playing. She asked everybody in the house if they could hear the song, the people their would just laugh at her. What was weired about it was that the song she was hearing was just a portion of a song not the whole song.

" It always stopped at the line 'I'll be watching you' " Dea recalls.

She was uneasy that night When she received the news from the cousin of Jap, she was not surprised to find that something bad happened to him.

According to the people who rescued Jap, he was still alived but the ambulance didn't make it on time. " He was mumbling: "I'm sorry Dea, I love you," Jap's cousin told her. 

While we were having our conversation , her cellphone rang, when she excused herself to answer it, I saw the surprised look on her face when she look at the number. Trembling she answered  the phone. Suddenly, tears flowed in her eyes. When she turn off the phone, she approached Jap's mother and asked where Jap's cellphone was.

"It was with him, in his coffin, along with the other valuables he possesed," Jap's mother answered.

Dea kept on crying beacause Jap called her for the last time to tell her that he is always watching. 

End.
