DOWRY { Part - 3 }

" Kill the dowry system , not the girl child . "
   " Dowry is no more in action . It is excavated from our country . " This is what the government think about the ages old - dowry. Well , if they think it's fully abolished , then they're wrong . It is banned in some major parts of the country but it's still in power in some specific regions . Many noble and kind people try to change the point of view of those foolish people . Some left a mark and some failed . I always think of a way . It might be harsh but we have to be a bit tough on this law . The police can point some officials in favor of the bride's family as spies and when the other family place their demand , then it should be reported immediately. This is one of the ways which I would like to suggest to bring about a change . The other way is to simply share our ideas with the maximum people and help our society flourish in good terms .
            A short message which I would like to appeal to the draw backed people regarding dowry and girl child :
  " Girls are like birds , they sit on the branches of the trees . They believe on their own wings and not the branch . Help them fly . What will be their future if we trap them in our cage ? "
