I am 18. I am a senior in high school. I am here to lose weight.

I need a journal, apparently... to keep me accountable.
Last year I got to my lowest weight writing in a journal on here, but a lot has changed since then and I am now 10 pounds of fat heavier.

I'll keep it basic over the first entry. I plan on writing my intake, exercise, about my day, thoughts, and whatever I please.  Weigh ins are on Friday's. I'd like to lose 2 pounds or more a week.

I have absolutely no control right now and I'm a fat lard with literal fat rolls lmao.  Okay RULES, I need rules
1: 800 calories a day
2: run 5 days a week and strength train 4 times a week
3: no eating shit after work
4: no candy/chips/completely processed food
5: 2.5 liters of water a day

I AM GOING TO COMMIT TO THIS FOR 2 WEEKS and see where it gets me
I CAN DO THAT

My starting weight is 110 and I am 5'4.5
