"Daddy, where is mama?", five year old, Malia asked. She held up a picture of woman who'd she'd seen a couple of times. Her father sighed and picked his daughter up by the waist.
He looked into her eyes, seeing her mother in so many ways. "Well, God told her he's needed her up in heaven." With wide eyes, she giggled and thought 'Mommy's a pretty Angel then'.
"Daddy, can we go to see her sometime. I miss her, alot." Malia grabbed both her father's cheeks and pecked pecked his lips, with a sad face. He shook his head, causing her to grow even more solemn and eventually start to cry.
Her father sighed and layed her in her bed, pulling out a book of pictures. "Look,", he said pointing at a picture of him and a lady with brown skin. Malia gasped," She looks like me daddy." Malia then yawned and layed back pulling the covers up to her chin.
Her father got up and kissed her forehead, while she reached for the picture. He chuckled and handed it to her. "Goodnight Bubble", he said while she mumbled a 'Goodnight Bath'.
The reasons to the names because she loves Bubble Baths and her mother used to sing a song called Rockabye.
A/N: I've been obsessed with the song. I like the guy singing but can you pretend like he's not there somehow and focus on the lady, pretend it's Malia's mother okay? Okay.
