in the dark velvet runs through his vains
he doesn't care so he just paints
paints a photo that portays
a beautifully plain perfect face
in the dark dreams seem to fade
too far out of reach
for now i just miss the light
i guess i'll just jump the bridge
light freckle-dusted face
store-bought blue eyes
a face that could kill a man
and a suicidal sad mind
what a shame it had to be this way
to run after the short end
to find happiness and wealth
he just had to end it his own way
