It was a Saturday morning, and Alice got a call of her mum her mum mumbled something down the phone Alice asked her to repeat what she said but she couldn't hear her. Alice thought to herself it must be something important because of the way her mum was speaking.Young Alice asked Kathy her mum to meet her at the local cafe shop.
About an hour later Alice and Kathy showed up at the near by cafe shop, Kathy was in tears," your grandad he's he's in hospital he had a heart attack" she whispered. There stood a moment of silence, a tear slowly rolled down Alice's face she grabbed her keys and ran to her mini. She drove off in a hurry. Alice arrived at the hospital to find her Grandad in a terrible condition. She stayed next to him day and night and never left his side. Then one day he had gone to heaven. Alice was so upset. A week later came the funeral, she was brave and read a paragraph from her notebook about her grandad in front of her family. As the days went by she got more upset and she missed him even more.
