The Badass Shawn Mendes

Chapter 1

My name is Caitlin Kolms. I'm 16, I have brown long hair and crystal blue eyes. I also have a British accent, no idea where I got it from it just appeared. I have no friends so yay. I live with my mom, brother and sister. Jake is my brother and 17, Lexi is my sister and 7, and my mom is Kathrine. Never met my dad before. I'm guessing I got his eyes cause my mom's are green. Like I said I have no friends so you don't need to know. We just moved to Pickering Canada and our apartment is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths so I have to share bathroom with my siblings (ew). Now here's my story...

I wake up, hearing my stupid alarm clock. Then my mom barges into my room. "WAKE UP FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!" she yells through the house so everyone in the country can hear. I lay there in my bed just looking into my pillow when I hear a knock. I immediately know it's my brother Jake. He never knocked like a normal person. "what the hell you want Jake?" I say looking dead in his eyes. "Yikes that's terrifying. Anyway, some advice for this school." I nod for him to continue. "So here's a warning about this kid and his squad. Shawn Mendes and his team of losers. Whatever you do, deny him." And just like that Jake leaves. "what the hell?" I whispered to myself. I pry myself out of bed and look into my mirror in my room. "Man I'm ugly." I grab my thick ass glasses. They aren't that thick, just completely black so the look it but not. "I'm a total nerd!" I yell loud enough to let my family hear, they don't give a crap so I shrug and start getting ready. Just blue jeans, a black crop top, my jean jacket and my white converse. Let's just say I was a rebel kid back in my old school. I go out to the kitchen and I see my mom just looking at me. "You are a beautiful girl, why do you always have to wear black?" she shakes her head. "Well she looks better in black, it matches her face." My stupid brat sister Lexi always butts in and says things to insult me. But I don't let it get to me. I hear the bus pull up by our place and I run out the place. Since me and Jake ride the bus together we always race each other to the bus. I run out first and he's caught off guard. "SUCKER!!" I yell at him with rock n roll signs with my hands. He just shakes his head as he walks up to me and the bus. "loser." he hits my arm playfully.

We just arrived at school and I can already tell we are getting looks. We go to the principal's office and get out papers or whatever. Jake goes his own way, of course. "Hey, I'm gonna go find my locker. Cya C!" "Bye loser."

When he leaves I decide to find mine too. I'm looking around and this school is so cool! It's huge!! Anyway I finally find my locker and opened it. I put some stuff in it and just looking at my schedule when I hear a banging sound against lockers. I feel a warm breath on my face and look straight in the eyes of this beautiful boy. Like Daymn! "Sup beautiful." He says. "hmm what you want?" I ask looking back at my schedule. "I'm Shawn, Shawn Mendes. You don't know m-" before he finished I cut him the hell off. "First, I know you. Second, I've been warned about you so don't even try me." I stare at him sternly. His hazel eyes, his fluffy hair, his lips, holy crap. My eyes soften, I feel it, and he sees it.

"Your eyes just got so relaxed. You like your view, eh? HEY GUYS!" he yells. Then these other guys come storming down the hall. Shawn introduces me to them. "This is Cameron, Nash and Matt. Everyone this is..." he waits for me to answer. I'm not telling him my name. I just close my locker and start walking to class.
