Jay's POV I was getting ready for my date with Sandra and I was dead nervous we were going to a drive in movie and out for ice cream later and I was running a little late so I threw on this outfit.

"Dad, can I borrow the car for my date?" "Yeah go head have fun kid" he yelled from upstairs. I said thanks and ran out the house and drove to Sandra's house. I pulled up and told her to come out and her outfit was so simple yet she looked so fine to me.

She got in the car and greeted me. "You ready for tonight ?" I asked while driving to the movie. "Hell yes I needed to get out the house and I'm excited to get to chill with you. When we got there we were talking and laughing non stop we didn't even notice the movie was damn near over. I drove to baskin Robbins and we were eating and just conversating till she asked about Promise. "Me and Promise?" "Yea, yall seemed like y'all were close what happened?" "We fell off that's all, look Sandra I really like you and I want to see where we go I don't want no other female trying to run game on you because I want to be the only one you worried bout and giving the time of day to." I told her honestly and to drop the other conversation. "You already are." She responded shyly. I smiled at what she said I'm glad she feeling me too. "Come on" i drove her home and walked her to the door. "I had fun Jay , you're really funny and chill. She smiled thinking about the past couple of hours. I chuckled at the thought. "I'm glad you decided to come. I enjoyed you too, goodnight" I turned but was yanked back."yes Sandra?" She leaned in giving me a kiss I was so shocked buy I kissed her back and once we pulled away she ran in the house. I smiled thinking tonight was amazing and headed home. *next day (Sunday)* Promise POV I was in bed watching tv when my phone ringed I picked up. "Hey Malik" "Hey ma, can you get dressed and meet me outside your house in 15 min?" "Uhm I can try" I giggled He laughed as well "dress casual" We ended the call and I ran to my closet looking for an outfit.

I grabbed my red adidas putting them on and ran downstairs kissing my momma cheek telling her I'd be back. I walk outside and see Malik. Lord this boy can't fail to ever look good. I admired his outfit.

He helped me into his black hummer and started driving to who knows where. "So where we going boy?" I asked him turning the radio up a bit. "It's a surprise" "Whyy I hate surprises?" I whined "You gone love this surprise babygirl I promise." He licked his lips taking a look at me. "Stop looking at me like that!" I laughed turning the other direction. "Like what?" He laughed at me "Like you're trying to read into my soul that shit scary." I laughed thinking about it "I'm sorry I can't help but look at you though." He laughed. "Why?" "Because you giving me a chance so I gotta take the time to admire you" I literally melted omg "Well I'm not going nowhere" "Good because if you tried you wasn't going anywhere." He smiled at me. The rest of the ride consisted of us laughing and singing songs. We finally arrived at our destination and we pulled up to carnival and your girl was stoked yall. I ran in and tried paying for my wrist band but Malik paid for it I let him slide that one time though. We got on so many rides to my surprise he got on anything no matter how scary it was. After a while we stopped and ate some food and just talked and got to know each other better. Soon enough he had to take me home so we got in the car and he drove me home I fell asleep during the ride. " Promise get up, girl get up" I heard someone shaking my arm and calling my name. I opened my eyes to see Malik. "What happen?" I asked looking around. "You fell asleep" he chuckled and got out the car and opened my door and picked me up. I laughed "Boy put me down!" I whispered yelled. He didn't listen and put me down once we reached my door. "Thank you for tonight Malik." "Your welcome love, but I was hoping we could do it again soon" "Of course" I gave him a hug and a kiss on his cheek and went in my house.
