Chapter  1

I was the hottest chick at Promise High school. You see me and my best friend Shuntae we run shit up in here not even teachers can tell us what to do. Yea I know what you're thinking I must be a stuck-up bitch. Well think again I'm far from it I get good grades in all my classes I just one of those people that got it like that.  First let me introduce myself my name is Tyra Renee Smith. I'm a senior with a grade point average of 3.5 and I'm also on the cheerleading squad. I'm about 5'6" caramel skin jet black hair. My home girl Shuntae Jacobs she also on the cheerleading squad as well. We've been friends since junior high when this so called hood rat ( can't even remember her name but then again she not that important anyways) tried to beat me up because I supposedly stole her man..which in my opinion if I was that tempting you wasn't doing your job. And my girl helped me beat up that ratchet hoe and we been cool ever since Well the bell has signaled now for lunch so I guess I'll go in the cafeteria and see what the buzz is today.

Shuntae POV

I was  in the cafe waiting for Tyra ass to come on so we can drive to Chick-fil-a to get something to eat. There was no way we was going to eat that so called cafeteria food. Back when we all first started coming here as freshman only the seniors was allowed to leave school premises, but with me having an older cousin we had the hook up and been doing it this ever since. " Now where this hoe at I don't have all day" I heard really started getting impatient when I seen her so called boo all hugged up on some girl. He must not realized I'm just two feet away and he know I don't play when it deals with my girl. Just as I was going to snatch that two dollar weave from this hoe Tyra came outside and Bobby hurriedly got away from her and ran over where we was standing. This nigga right here that's why I don't trust niggas in high school I only dated men in college.

Tyra POV

I knew Shuntae was mad she always was furious. She never was the patient type she can't wait no more than 10 minutes for anything. When I finally get outside so we can leave I seen she was upset about something then I heard someone call my name and I seen my boo running towards me. That men of mine knew he was the definition of hot and sexy. We been dating for about two years and yet I was still a virgin. Yes, there are still seniors that are virgins and yes it was my choice. It wasn't that I was scared it was more like I wasn't a hoe that just open my legs up for anybody. I gotta see what was up with Shuntae giving Bobby a cold glare the whole time.

Shuntae POV

I knew that Bobby been cheating on Tyra for a while now I knew that I would also need some type of proof also. I knew my girl was in love with him so when I do come up to her and let her know about Bobby it would crush her to pieces. For now we had to grab us something to eat and I was hungrier than a bitch.

Bobby POV

Hey watz up, before you hear any type of negativity about your boy, let me introduce myself. My name is Bobby Riley Im 6 feet mocha caramel skin tone, muscular and yea I play football. Your boy was working on getting a full ride scholarship to a out of state college of course. Anyways after seeing my girl coming outside I knew I had to break up this little game I had with shorty. I really didn't want to because shorty was sexy standing at only 5'2" thick thighs and some sexy as lips she was bad. I seen my girls friend Shuntae mean mugging me but I really didn't give a fuck bout her she was just jealous of what me and my boo shared so she can go take a flying fuck. Anyways after breaking off my short convo with shorty I ran to give my girl a hug she was smelling good she was wearing that bath and body works vanilla scent that I loved so much. When I let her go I stared into her face and was glad that we still had that same effect on each other.

Tyra POV

I still was a little bit conflicted on what was that little scene outside of school with my best friend and my boo. But I decided to just shrug it off I had too much stuff coming up in the next few weeks to be worried about something that could be really nothing.

Shuntae POV

After school I finally decided that it was time for my homegyrl to find out the truth about Bobby. I couldn't just stand on the sideline anymore and see that he cheating on her and just not do anything. It's either now or never.

Tyra POV

I seen Shuntae waiting outside her car waiting for me. As I got closer I was still scanning the parking lot looking for Bobby because we had made plans but I didn't see him yet again. It was really starting to irk my nerves that recently he's been canceling dates at the last minute and he barely walks me to class anymore. "Whatever," I uttered as I got closer to Shuntae.

Shuntae POV

As I seen Tyra coming closer to me after school I was contemplating whether or not to tell her about Bobby. When it seem like she was having a rough day I decided to just let the situation from the other day go. "So Tyra, what we doing after school" she seemed like she was in another world. She then said the one thing I been wanting to talk to her about but was too scared to do. "I think Bobby cheating on me."

Bobby POV

I knew Tyra was waiting for me after school. Lately I've been making up excuses on why we couldn't hang out or go out. The truth was I've been creeping on my girl and that shit backfired on me like a motherf%$ker. This girl gonna claim I got her pregnant and the truth was yes I did sleep with her but hey half the guys at school had been up in it as well. I couldn't tell Tyra what was going on. Matter of fact I thought with the gossip going on at school she would have figured it out. I don't want to do this but I love this girl and I can't keep lying to her to save my life.

Tyra POV

I had just gotten into Shuntae car when I've been going back and forth in my mind on what's been going on all day between me and Bobby. "I think Bobby cheating on me." I was too scared of that thought being a reality, that I didn't even realize tears streaming down my face. Looking over at Shuntae I could see she had this sad expression on her face. "What's wrong Shuntae, is there something going on with Bobby"

Shuntae POV

I know I said that I was going to tell Tyra, but after seeing my girl all torn up about Bobby I didn't have the courage. "Girl I think it be best if you and Bobby just have a talk on what's on your mind"

Tyra POV

After finishing up my homework I decided to take Shuntae advice and call Bobby up so we can talk;

convo

Tyra: hey babe what are you doing

Bobby: hey nothing much what about you

Tyra: I just calling to check up on you that's all

Bobby: oh....hey what are you doing tomorrow after school

I knew that even though we make plans he will end up canceling on me but I decide to give him the benefit of a doubt

Tyra: nothing what do you have in mind

Bobby: well I'm going to let that be my little surprise but I have to go I'll talk to you later OK babe love you

Tyra: OK love you too

{hang up}

I was feeling vulnerable. I knew it was due to the situation going on with me and Bobby, hopefully tomorrow we be able to solve all the problems that's been going on with us.
