It was no secret that the other traits didn't like Anxiety. I mean, who could blame them? As far as they knew, he was a disorder, a parasite, the cause of all the shit Thomas put himself through.

Anxiety wouldn't stand up for himself. He wouldn't correct them, tell them how it really went. That would ruin his entire pseudo emotionless facade. He'd spent his entire existence trying to avoid their fucking pity, and if he had to put up with them all thinking - and vocalising - that he was a monster, then so be it.

Morality was different. He didn't dislike him per say, it was more like a 'I can put up with you' situation. But he was Morality, and Morality likes everyone. It wasn't like he'd ever correct the others either, hell, Anxiety would be surprised if he even knew what was really happening.

So he stayed quiet. He kept up his snappy remarks, didn't respond when the others ridiculed him. Pretended not to hear when the others spoke about him, pretended not to notice when the conversations stopped as soon as he entered a room.

It doesn't matter.

It'll be fine.
