its arrived. This wasnt going to be easy. me and my mum slowly opned the letter together as we gripped hands. one corner of the envolope to the next corner. slowly pulling out the letter. I got nervous and let go and hid my face in a pillow.
Mum understood how i felt. I think because she let gripped my hand tighter an said " dont worry your not going to be alone through this." This cheered me up abit. Mum read the letter herself while i went to make us a cup of tea and a coffee. i love coffee.
I went back to the living room and mum looked upset. obviously she wasnt going to be haply becase we both knew i already had cancer. what could be worse than that.
"what is it mum. what type of cancer have i got? No secrets i want to know."
"I know but i thought that all this would be to much for you to-----"
"Mum its fine honest. I prefer to know" interupted daisy
"daisy,you have lukemia.It is sort of common. we can beat this daisy."
mum was right it was too much for me to handle. i hated this. All i wanted to do was run away and never come back!
