Chapter 1

Freya POV

"Do we have to go hiking in the forest at five in the morning? It's not normal,Hayley" I huffed out wiping the sweat from my forehead leaning on a vacant tree.

"I actually agree with miss lazy over there. I could be in my comfortable bed waking up in my giant oversized comforter." Rebekah said gulping down her water bottle.

"See not normal..." Sending Hayley a pointed look. "Normal people sleep in" I said walking ahead of them.

"Well it's a good thing we aren't normal,Freya. Unless being a 1000 year old Viking witch is normal let me know " Hayley chuckled out.

"Bite me" I mumbled out before Hayley use her super speed and pend me to a tree. "I could use a snack. What do you think bek?"

"I say bon appetit"Rebekah said stalking over revealing her fangs. I rolled my eyes flicking my wrist chanting "Motus" Fling them both to a tree.

"Totally not what I meant" I said smirking crossing my arms as they groaned getting back up.

"You're no fun..It's not like we were actually going to eat you" Hayley said removing the leaves from her hair.

"Speak for yourself this O+ blood isn't as good cold as it is warm " Rebekah playfully huffed out raising her water bottle over her head.

"You are so not my favorite little sister anymore" I said walking backwards.

" Technically I'm your only little sister" Rebekah smirked. " But! Hayley is basically a Mikaelson now since she popped out klaus baby and have Elijah wrapped around her fingers"

" Oh hush like you don't have Marcel wrapped around yours" Hayley replied bumping shoulders with Rabekah.

She looked down blushing looking down at her feet. I Scrunched up my nose "You guys are both disgustingly in love. It's kinda gross"

"Jealous?" Hayley said raising an eyebrow smiling. "Um let me think hmm nope!" popping the P flicking her the bird.

Maybe it does get lonely at night sometimes. Oh and you also just want to cuddle and watch a movie with someone sometimes.

Or when it's really cold at night. It would be nice to have some body heat to warm you up.

Being single sucks maybe I am a little jealous. Not of them but for obvious reasons of course.

But I also think it's safer, you know being a Mikaelson and all. It's like having a giant lighting arrow pointed to your head saying 'come kill me' above it.

Definitely wouldn't be safe for a significant other. I don't think I can protect them and my family.

Or maybe I can...I was too busy in my thoughts to notice a enormous tree root a foot ahead.

'Oomf' I put my hands out to brace myself but ended up rolling down a hill. REALLY A hill? Where the fuck did this hills come from ? Did it magically appear?

"Shit" I gasped out clutching my right ankle. I was getting ready to do a healing spell.

Before Hayley and Rebekah appeared next to me in seconds laughing falling all over eachother.

"How did you- oh my god" Rabekah heaved out clutching her stomach. "Your face- your face going down " Hayley said imitating my fall.

I rolled my eyes "Shut up.." I mumbled wincing a little. It sucks not being a wolf or vampire sometimes. I'm very much alive and I feel alot of pain.

"Asinta mulof hinto, Sho bala"
I chanted . It's a healing spell to numb the pain but not exactly heal it just sorta reduce the pain.

"This will be the last time I ever go hiking with you two again. Maybe it wasn't such a bad idea to go tumbling down that hill" I sighed out leaning back putting my left arm over my eyes.

I still couldn't really see anything but their silhouettes because the bright sun. Another figure seems to pop up over my head . All I see is a slender figure with a wild mane.

" Hi are you okay? You took quite the spill rolling down that hill." The mystery women chuckled out.

"Does everyone just laugh at people who hurt their selves?" I sat up trying to get a better look at her.

"I'm sorry it's just the Same thing happened to me before and now I see how idiotic I looked." She smiled showing her pearly whites.

"Are you calling me idiotic?" I ask with a tilt of the head. "She wouldn't be too far off if you asked me. How does one trip over a tree stump clear as day?" Hayley snickered .

"Well it's a Good thing I didn't ask you? Did I ?" Earning a roll of the eyes. I tried getting up but wince to the pressure to my now swollen ankle.

"I don't think that's such a good idea.." The mysterious figure bend down cautiously. I gasped when I got a look of her face. she's gorgeous.

"May I?" Grabbing my ankle tentaintivly . I nodded not really trusting my words. I'll probably definitely look idiotic.

I shivered when her warm hands touched my injured ankle. She jumped a little " Did I hurt you?"
I shook my head no.

She slowly moved my ankle left then right "Hmm not broken..You got lucky. Maybe a little springed but nothing a little ice and elevation wouldn't help."

"Thank you?" I questioned while receiving a smile "Keelin and oh it's no problem I didn't really do anything ." She waved off.

"Freya" I winced standing up fully ."I don't think you should be putting pressure on that ankle of yours , It's pretty banged up."

"I'll be fine don't worry we don't live too far from here just at the end of the hill" I waved off taking a cautious step. Failing miserably and almost landed on the ground for the second time today.

Only to be caught by a strong pair of arms. "Yeah well I'm helping you there and I'm not taking no for an answer." She hoisted me up bridal style. I squeaked and I could tell my face is red as a tomato.

Rebekah and Hayley sent knowing looks. I don't have time for these two right now so I chose to ignore them. " You don't have to. I'm sure these two can get me there and one piece. Plus your arms would be tired trailing up that long hill" I breathe out.

Hayley and Rebekah scoffed " Yeah no she wouldn't she's a wolf isn't that right, Keelin?" Bek said sending a friendly smile at keelin. Who shoulder tensed.

"I- ugh m-"she was cut off by us all laughing "Don't worry I'm a witch,that one over there is a Vampire and then the bimbo next to her is a hybrid. So your in good hands." I said smiling .

"Oh really your the one who looks like she's in good hands" Rebekah laughed out.

I looked up and smiled "I am aren't I " while everyone laughed
