Harry walked into the Great Commons with his bag slung over his shoulder. He came here often, every night in fact, to relax and get his homework done. He looked over at the group of people sitting in a circle and talking to one another. Groaning softly, he remembered that Hermione had booked the Great Commons every Saturday for her little meet ups with the other Houses. Tossing his bag down on the ground by one of the couches, he walked over to Ron, deciding to join in. He had his books in hand, as well as his quill, and began on his homework, not really paying attention to what was going on around him.
Draco walked in moments later, his looks saying he just woke up from a quick nap. His usually perfect blonde hair was in a mess. He had tried desperately to fix it but wasn't able to and it frustrated him. He walked over to an empty couch across from Harry and plopped down, crossing his arms and not making conversation with anyone.
Harry didn't look up at Draco and pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose. He continued working as the group began a muggle game called Spin the Bottle. Hermione explained what it was to everyone but Harry only half-listened.
Draco glanced up at Hermione every once in a while as she explained and scoffed, glaring at the floor again. "What a stupid game..." He muttered.
Hermione went first for the game and grabbed the bottle, spinning it with anticipation. Harry looked up from his books and looked directly at Draco.
Draco suddenly shifted uncomfortably and looked up, meeting Harry's gaze. He stared at him, "What do you want, Potter?" He murmured in a low growl.
Harry gave him a look and snorted. "Nice hair, Malfoy," he said, shaking his head.
Draco glared at him and tried to cover his hair with a pillow. "Shut it, Potter," he growled, still trying desperately to hide his obnoxious hair.
Harry snorted again and looked back at his work. After Hermione kissed Ron, whom the bottle had landed on, they sat back down. The bottle was then passed to Draco. Draco huffed and put the pillow down, reluctantly spinning the bottle. After a few moments, the bottle just happened to land on Harry Potter himself. He groaned quietly and threw a paper ball at the boy who lived.
Harry jumped when it hit him and glared up at Draco, "What?"
Draco pointed at the bottle with a disgusted look on his face.
Harry looked at the bottle and back to Draco. "Absolutely not. Spin again."
Hermione crossed her arms, "That's against the rules, Harry. Just kiss him, we didn't say it had to be a long one."
Draco crossed his arms, "I agree with Potter for once. I refuse to obey the rules of this stupid muggle game."
"You're wasting time. Just do it." Seamus spoke up.
Harry groaned loudly and stood up reluctantly, going over to Draco. "This is rubbish," he murmured to himself.
"Absolutely rubbish..." Draco muttered, standing up and looking up at Harry (who was much taller).
Harry looked down at Draco with his nose scrunched up. Draco just sighed in defeat and reluctantly kissed Harry. Harry leaned down and hesitantly kissed him back. A light blush covered Draco's cheeks but for some reason he didn't pull away. Harry didn't pull away either and felt his cheeks begin to burn up. After a few moments of snogging, Draco finally came to his senses and slowly pulled away, blushing heavily and sitting back down. Harry wiped his lips and blinked, looking at Hermione who had wide eyes.
"We said a kiss, Harry. We didn't tell you guys to make out," she said.
Draco just sat there, his arms crossed and a glare directed at.. Hermione? He blinked and risked a glance at Harry. Harry sat back down and looked over at Draco, a blush still across his face.
