New Friends

=•Colby's POV•=

About 20 minutes of aimlessly walking through the forest, we finally made it back to the beach. We avoid Brad and company and walk towards the other end of the beach. 

Soon a couple of guys start coming in our direction.

"CHIEF UNCLE ELTON, AUNT COREY!" Sam shouts as he tosses his arms up in the air. A massive smile appears on his face as he walks faster towards the guys. "SAM!" The guys exclaim as the come closer towards us. They hug Sam and Sam hugs back, I haven't seen him this happy...

There is two guys, one with a man bun and a big smile, and another one who's shorter than the other, he has a black ballcap on over his head. 

It made me smile to see him this way. "We thought you were dead!" The one with the man bun says. "don't worry, Colby helped me out...." Sam's voice trails off as he gestures to me. "Hi, I'm Colby" I smile to them. "Hey, Bro! Thanks for helping out Sam, he can be a chicken sometimes. I'm Corey or Aunt Corey" he laughs at the last part. "I'm Uncle elton," The black baseball cap guy says. "Are you guys, related?" I ask awkwardly. "Oh, no no no don't worry Colby, it's just an inside joke, Sam is the nephew" Elton smirks as he gives a friendly punch on sam's shoulder. I giggle.

"Well since you saved Sam's ass, I  think you can hang out with us" Elton looks over at Corey. He nods in agreement.  

We walked back to their set up under a massive piece of rock. 

We started laughing when we realized that it was set up beside a sign that said "beware of falling rocks" 

"So you'd have to go under the rocks, to see the signs, smart" Elton huffs as Corey stands right in front of the sign.  tells us when okay Corey tell us when the rocks fall" Sam laughs as we make it look like we're walking away. "Okay guys" Corey smirks. We laugh. 

We soon decide to get our stuff and go exploring. We walked down the side of the beach that was off limits and noticed there was a cave at the other end. We headed for there. 

My head kinda goes dizzy when I started watching the tide go in and out. It was like I was in a trans. 

"Colby?" Sam caught my attention when I realized I had stopped altogether, to watch the waves. 

I ripped my gaze from the waves and continued with them.  We walk into the cave, just in time cause it started downpouring. The sky was turning a dark gray, the clouds blocking the sun that was just out. 

"W-What if they leave?" Corey worries as we realize we can't see the beach where the school was set up. Elton shrugs, not caring. "They wouldn't leave, would they?" I ask nervously. "I mean it's not raining that hard" Sam points out, literally as he finishes the sentence a loud rumble silences us. 

Thunder....

"They might leave" Elton says, trying not to sound too nervous.  Elton looks out into the now drenched beach then looked back at us. "Colby, you.... You wanna join the Fam 5?" He asks me. I give him a questioning look. "But there's only three of you" I told them. "Fam 5 -2" Corey corrects Elton. "Okay, so if you wanna join, then you need to go out and see if the school is still there and see if they're gonna leave soon" Elton tells me. I sigh before glancing out and look at the rain, it was heavy but, 

what can a little rain do to me! Cause I'm Normale? 

"Okay, I'll be back" i tell them as I take a step towards the dripping water. They all nod, Sam gives me a thumbs up and I smile at him. 

I turn my vision towards the beach, I get ready then start sprinting. 

It's hard at first cause it's hell running on sand but I'm still keeping a good speed. 

As I feel my body get more and wetter I start to feel a little tingly, like something isn't right. 

I dart through the trees and rocks that separate us from the other beach. Then I trip...

I tried to get back up but my body was too heavy, my vision was getting blurry because of the raindrops in my eyes. Before I knew it, my vision went black.
